We hebben verschillende voertuigen waaruit u kunt kiezen, rekening houdend met de reis, het aantal personen en de hoeveelheid bagage.

Onze ophaaltijden voor vertrek van de vlucht zijn 3 uur voor Leon Airport en Queretaro Airport en 6 uur eerder voor Mexico City Airport.

Friendly, courteous driver. Smooth, comfortable ride. Responsive to our request to change our pick up location.
Driver was very prompt and on time. Quite friendly and did his best to communicate with us in English.
Highly recommend this service. Company was very responsive and drivers were always on time. We had a 2am pickup time from an AirBNB and had no issues at all.
No one showed. I was left stranded at the airport and there was no communication from the company despite my attempts at contacting them.
Great service to shuttle from airport to our casita boutique hotel in San Miguel de Allende. Sergio was so nice and patient. I definitely recommend this service for airport shuttle.
Driver on time, had a placard with our name. Thanks for that. Also handled our baggage and knew some short cuts to avoid traffic. Thanks for that Drove very fast, should have brought vehicle to where we were rather than us walking across a very large parking lot
Our transportation was a smooth sailing. The driver was very kind and helpful. He even made a 5 minute stop so we could pick up some snacks.
Shuttle never showed up to pick me up. My 4 year old daughter and I were left at the airport in Mexico with no ride. I called Viator and they advised me to call my driver. I called the number they provided and the driver told me that he doesn't work with Viator and never has and had no knowledge of a reservation. I tried to call Viator back. I was put on hold twice and hung up on after 30 minutes of holding. I ended up taking a taxi 1.5 hrs to my destination which was far more expensive and not as safe an option. I am still trying to get a refund from Viator and hopefully an explanation.
