Called to switch to the next day 24 hours in advance also sent texts… finally got ahold of someone but hadcto call back 4 times because there were screaming children in the background. When I finally talked to him he said I tried to call you and text you on Whats App. I said, I dont use What's App and where did u text me?? I am asking for a Refund!
The driver was prompt and waiting for us when we cleared customs. He called me to let me know he had arrived and was waiting for us to clear customs.
Our original driver had a delay, but they dispatched a second driver. He still arrived before our scheduled pick up time.
