I would not book with this company- in fact I think their booking link should be removed from Viator. They confirmed our trip 24 hours in advance via communication on the Viator app and once the time came for pick up, they did not respond to a single message and ultimately never picked us up. We had to scramble and find a last minute ride to the airport from someone in our neighborhood and no one ever followed up about it. Would love to include screenshots of the conversation if possible.

Andrea provided an excellent transfer from our hotel to the airport in Santorini. He arrived right on time, was very friendly and professional, and helped us with all of our luggage. Nikos contacted us the day before to confirm our transfer details and Ilias was our driver who picked us up from the airport - he was holding a sign with our name which made the arrival so much easier and stress free. Ilias helped us with our luggage and was so friendly, during the drive to our accomodation he called our hotel to let them know we were coming. He also gave us lots of helpful tips on places to go and restaurants to try. We highly recommend Sunbird Travel for all airport and port transfers - they are affordable, efficient, friendly and simply the best!!
