Everything smooth, pick-up and drop-off were pretty fast. The car was good, and we were nicely served by Ivan the captain
Car park it's outside terminal 10min away. Shuttle bus Pick up time is from 40min to 1.30 hour. Bus just 8 seats. So collect just 1-2 family's. Waiting point outside terminal. So you have to wait on sun or rain with no cover. Take enaught time when you back to airport. Cars are good, but service very weak. On the photos waiting point.

I have only one remark ! The place for drop of car in Sofia bul Cherni vrach 67 is not visible when you drive on the Bulevard .Is better to putt one big billboard to be easy for see the place (or put remark on address in website in EKO petrol station ) Will be great for your business!!!

The Time that I spent in the line to get the car about 1 hour all the carpet of the car where torn In the car there was no armrests ( Discomfort while driving ) It the sixth or seventh car that I rent from you and its the first time that the car was not ready

Very smooth, very pleasant, right on time connection to the airport terminal; the agent from Top Rent a Car realized i was a little tight on time, processed the check out very efficiently, and drove me to the terminal right away, so i could get on my flight stress free; thank you for the extra care!

Service was great, despite little bit extra than usual waiting time to be picked up at the airport this time. But seriously, the car park need proper asphalt. Dust/mud is an embarrassing welcome and hits the image. Just a friendly piece of advice. last time our car was in the biggest puddle. Didn't even click to your employee to move out the vehicle out of it...
