Transfer van White Bay Cruise Terminal naar Sydney Airport

It was a little difficult to find our driver. I told him my surname but the booking seemed to be under my given name - I think. We arrived at the airport in good time.

Easy to book, dependable and on time ground transfer, definite ly will recommend and use service again.

We needed transportation from White Bay Cruise Terminal to Sydney Airport. When I booked the reservation, I stated that we would disembark at 8:30, and I received a confirmation that the shuttle would depart by 9:00 and that we should arrive at the meeting point early. We arrived at the pick-up point at 8:30. At 8:45, I sent a WhatsApp message requesting an ETA. I was pleased to get an immediate response but was unhappy that the ETA was between 9 and 9:15. I knew this was a shared shuttle, but the service's name, "White Bay Cruise Terminal to Sydney Airport," implied that only cruise passengers would be on board. I was surprised to find another couple already in the van. They were dropped off first at the domestic terminal, and we were dropped off 15 minutes later at the International Terminal. I planned to arrive 3 hours before our flight, and we arrived 20 minutes later than ideal. The service is inexpensive unless you have more than one bag and personal item per person. An additional charge is applied for each additional bag. If you choose this service, allow extra time. The surcharge for extra baggage is clearly stated on their website. The driver was not very friendly. He never offered to turn on the fan, and I was afraid to ask, so I was hot for most of the ride (he had his window down, so I got air when the van was moving).

Excellent shuttle service for party of 9 (6 adults and 3 young children, ages 2x4 and 7). Shuttle from airport to cruise terminal and return a week later. Communication very good. Pleasant drivers. Service on time. Only issue was, only one booster seat provided for 4 year olds.

We had booked transfer for 10am but we’re off the ship at White Bay by 8am. I rang to see if they could come earlier & the van arrived 15 minutes later. I was texted the registration number of the van so we knew what to look for. The driver also installed a child seat for my 2yo granddaughter. Excellent service for a very reasonable price for our family of 6.

They didn't tell us that the shuttle would leave at 9am without us. We had no idea how long it would take us to get our bags and be out - as it worked out it was at 9.15a. They did send another shuttle but not until 10.30a. We did get to the airport in time for our flight but did not have the leisurely view of the Sydney airport shops or much time in the lounge before our flight.

On time and a safe drive to airport! Highly recommend. Would use them again. All 8 of us and our luggage in one vehicle.

Newer, clean and comfortable van picked us up right outside the cruise terminal…on time! Very efficient ride to the airport taking us directly to the international terminal just outside our airline checkin. Would definitely use again.

We ended getting stuck on the cruise ship and our transfer only gave us 1 option for a pickup time of 1030 for our 1pm flight. Their reasoning was that we needed to be at the airport at 130pm. They would not wait at all for us and left without us at exactly 1030. We got off the cruise ship at 1045 and then had to pay another $98.60 for a taxi to the airport and we arrived at 1130. This was very upsetting as we have two small children and could not control the cruise line. I then tried to call the company and the person who I spoke to was very rude and would not even let me speak. She just kept talking over me. Horrible service and customer service!

Our return trip ran to schedule, after my initial mistake of pick point . Just a phone call and all was sorted, driver was on time & very polite Price is good & staff are easy to communicate with Highly Recommend
