Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Onze chauffeur haalt je 15 minuten voor de geplande tijd op bij het aangegeven adres. Neem ten minste 12 uur van tevoren contact met ons op om de exacte tijd van het ophalen door te geven. Zodra je identiteit is geverifieerd door het controleren van je reserveringsvoucher, brengt deze je via de snelste route naar de luchthaven van Rome (Fiumicino of Ciampino). Tenzij anders vermeld, worden alle transferdiensten berekend op basis van 1 stuk bagage per passagier. Klanten met meer dan één stuk bagage per persoon moeten van tevoren worden geïnformeerd om te controleren of de aangegeven grootte van de auto voldoende is of dat er een groter voertuig moet worden voorzien en er moet een hogere transferkost worden aangerekend op basis van de gevraagde grootte van de auto. Als klanten zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving met meer dan één stuk bagage per persoon reizen, kunnen de extra auto's direct in rekening worden gebracht.

Great experience! Our driver was waiting in our hotel lobby as soon as we came down to check out of the hotel. (He was early, so no stress there!) He loaded our luggage and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I highly recommend this service.

Our transfer from our Rome hotel to the airport went very smoothly. We were going to the airport to pick up our rental car and our driver was prompt, helpful and got us to the rental lot without any problems.

Nice piece of mind to know that you have a ride waiting for you right outside hotel and not having to deal with a taxi. Took us right to the terminal we needed and help load and unload our bags.

I gave this 5 stars only because I can't give any higher than 5. Our driver looked like a driver out of a movie. He was dressed in a nice Black suit and driving an immaculately clean shiny Black Mercedes. He was the ultimate example of professional. Due to the street in front of our hotel being blocked off, he had to park approximately 1/2 block away. He walked to us, greeted us, and carried our 2 suitcases for us. He drove like a trained professional driver, with both hand on the steering wheel at all times and focused on driving. We were treated and felt like we were celebrities. I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again.
