Onze chauffeur zal 15 minuten voor de geplande tijd arriveren op het adres dat is aangegeven in de boeking. Hij meldt zich bij de receptie van het hotel en vraagt naar je naam en reserveringsnummer. Neem ten minste 12 uur van tevoren contact met ons op om de exacte tijd van het ophalen door te geven. Op de luchthaven word je opgewacht bij het Meeting Point Limo Service met een bordje met jouw naam erop. Op station Termini word je verwacht bij de uitgang van perron 1 bij de apotheek met een naambordje. Op station Tiburtina bij de uitgang waar taxi's staan met een naambordje. Wanneer je klaar bent om te vertrekken, zal hij je helpen met je bagage en de snelste route volgen naar de haven van Civitavecchia waar je schip op je wacht. Tenzij anders vermeld, worden alle transferdiensten berekend op basis van 1 stuk bagage per passagier. Klanten met meer dan één stuk bagage per persoon moeten van tevoren worden geïnformeerd om te controleren of de aangegeven grootte van de auto voldoende is of dat er een groter voertuig moet worden voorzien en er moet een hogere transferkost worden aangerekend op basis van de gevraagde grootte van de auto. Als klanten zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving met meer dan één stuk bagage per persoon reizen, kunnen de extra auto's direct in rekening worden gebracht.

We used Transfer Shuttle Tour for all of our transfers on our last trip to Rome (4 total). They picked us up from the airport to our hotel, then next morning to the Cruise Port, from Cruise Port to Rome hotel and then to airport. Each transfer the driver was on time, professional and friendly. They picked us up each time in a nice Mercedes Van even though it was only two of us. They have a special permit to drop off and pick up directly at the ship, which was key. I would totally recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Our ride never came for us! They never reimbursed me! Overall they tried to say my round trip was not booked correctly! How does this happen?

It was very good communicated with us about where meet and we find them however it was a very, very long walk to the automobile.

We had a group of six with suitcases and had to book the day before departure because pour other transportation was cancelled. Viator contacted the company to to see if we can get an earlier departure. The tour company contacted me directly via Whatsapp and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this transportation. The vehicle was very spacious comfortable.
