Je chauffeur haalt je op bij het adres of hotel dat je hebt aangegeven in je reservering. Tenzij anders vermeld, worden alle transferdiensten berekend op basis van 1 stuk bagage per passagier. Klanten met meer dan één stuk bagage per persoon moeten van tevoren worden geïnformeerd om te controleren of de aangegeven grootte van de auto voldoende is of dat er een groter voertuig moet worden voorzien en er moet een hogere transferkost worden aangerekend op basis van de gevraagde grootte van de auto. Als klanten zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving met meer dan één stuk bagage per persoon reizen, kunnen de extra auto's direct in rekening worden gebracht.
