Mocht u een retourtransfer nodig hebben, neem dan gerust contact met ons op, en wij helpen u graag verder. Onze chauffeurs zijn punctueel, veilig en betrouwbaar, en onze voertuigen zijn goed onderhouden en comfortabel, waardoor voldoende afstand voor uw reis is gegarandeerd.

Voor aankomsten: - Kijk bij aankomst of onze chauffeur een bord met uw naam bij de binnenlandse uitgang vasthoudt. Mocht u problemen ondervinden bij het vinden van de chauffeur, neem dan contact op met ons supportteam. - We controleren vluchtvertragingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de chauffeur aanwezig is bij uw aankomst. - Je hebt 60 minuten bedenktijd om contact op te nemen met de chauffeur nadat je vliegtuig is geland. Extra wachttijd kan resulteren in extra kosten. Voor vertrektijden: - We laten u voor vertrek weten hoe laat u opgehaald wordt bij het hotel via bericht of WhatsApp. Zorg dat u 5 minuten voor uw geplande ophaaltijd in de lobby van het hotel bent. - Ons voertuig wacht tot 10-15 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd. Aankomsten na deze periode kunnen leiden tot een gemiste transfer zonder restitutie. Algemene informatie: - Dit is een one-way transfer service. Als u een terugreis nodig heeft, maak dan een aparte boeking. - Gelieve ons te informeren over eventuele speciale wensen tijdens het boeken om ervoor te zorgen dat we voldoen aan uw behoeften.

Hereke was very professional in handling our situation, messaging us afterward to come to a solution Originally booked a shared transfer through whatsapp and had some issues with cash payment to the driver due to some miscommunication. Hereke messaged us afterwards to resolve the issue themselves, even though the driver was at fault
