Onmiddellijke bevestiging. Als u wilt wijzigen, kunt u tot 24 uur voor uw geplande ophaaltijd gratis wijzigen of annuleren. U wordt bij aankomst opgewacht door onze luchthavenvertegenwoordiger en naar uw voertuig gebracht. Onze maximale wachttijd is 1 uur en 30 minuten vanaf de landingstijd van de vlucht. In het geval van een vluchtvertraging zal onze vertegenwoordiger van de luchthaven uw vlucht volgen, zodat ze op u wachten, zelfs als deze vertraagd is. Bereik uw accommodatie snel en veilig – u hoeft niet in de rij te staan voor een taxi, u hoeft het openbaar vervoer niet uit te zoeken.

Easy with no issues. Found the driver quickly when exiting and were driven to our hotel. All was as it should have been.

The contact person from Viator text me and told me where his location was and he greeted up with a smile, very polite and carried my bags to the vehicle. The driver that took us to the hotel was also very friendly and nice and he even explained what some of the tall buildings were and gave us suggestions to visit. Was very pleased with him. Both of the gentlemen were very professional at their jobs. My rate would be a 10/10.

Surprise Tourism was a very serious company which organized all the tour for us, not only the transfers from the Dubai Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the Abu Dhabi Airport. Great and courteous service. One person waited for us at the airport and helped us with our luggage. We had to walk to the pickup spot outside the airport. There rhe driver took us to our resort.

Due to unforeseen circumstance we were late leaving London. I contacted DXB and received an immediate response. On arrival at Dubai airport I was contacted by DXB1 and advised of how to contact them once we had collected our luggage. Amazing service first class
