Transfer van het stadscentrum van Milaan - luchthaven Malpensa

Travelling by bus was so easy and direct to the terminal. Driver was fantastic for me travelling with a bike in a box. No fuss just made room for me and I could put it on the bus underneath. No problems, no carry on just great service.

The airport terminal was under a midnight curfew, but the terminal building was being expanded and renovated and work began in the middle of the night. Going downtown is time-consuming and not cheap. Try not to transit here, there are few meal options and a lack of seating areas.

This company is highly recommended. Smooth ride from point A to point B. Able to relax throughout the whole trip.

It's just chaos, no queuing system. I ended up paying for the express train to avoid the return chaos, pushing and shoving

I bought my ticket at the desk inside the airport Milan Malpensa to go to the city center, because the woman at the desk told me that the next departure was one minute later and the platform really close. But they didn't let me get on this bus though. And I needed to wait for the next one that was departing 30 min later. No possibility to refund. The journey was super long and the personal unfriendly.

We were scheduled to fly from Milan to Copenhagen on Wed 3/9 however my wife was admitted to a public hospital on Tuesday 2/9 and will undertake heart surgery this week Hence we did not use the Milan to airport transfer and are still here in Milan Please consider a refund Thank you

This was an excellent service. Convenient and great price. There was a banana peel and gum on the front pocket of our seat but otherwise it was a clean bus. I'm so happy we didn't have to worry about navigating the train system or $100+ car transfer. The bus dropped us literally 4mins walking distance from our hotel Excelsior Hotel Gallia (which was LOVELY as well by the way & in a great location) I love that the bus runs every 30mins too! Would definitely use again in the future.

Brilliant service, the journey didnt take too long. Bus was comfortable with WiFi. Easy bus stop to find, this made our trip less stressful

Informed to pick up tickets/vouchers for the bus and went to meeting location and nothing was there. Contacted tour company and no response with further information. Ended up using alternative transport to the airport.

We had a glitch of a system,the tickets got bought for the other way around.We were told that's it's not a problem by a multiple drivers before that one bus we needed.The driver made us pay again and was brutaly rude and screamed.
