Alvin and his team were calm and confident when my flight was rescheduled from a 2pm pick up to a 2am arrival. Superb communication before and after my resort drop off. First class, curb side treatment with luggage and all.
Santo Domingo has a very interesting colonial town, left over time, somewhat neglected. Its people are extremely happy and very friendly. I liked the city. I was also at Hilton La Romana. There I saw that the facilities are very good, the professionalism and attention of the staff is excellent, the beaches and sand are wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the food since there was no quality and also little variety, especially at the Buffet. So the Quality - Price relationship is not justified.
