Absolutely amazing! Very responsive and flexible. We had some day of adjustments on arrival and departure and the team was able to accommodate us with no issues.
Great service. The ferry arrived late and they monitored it to make sure there were no problems with the pick up. They were there waiting for us right at the ferry terminal. They got us to our hotel quickly, which I appreciated after 8 hours on the ferry.

We had two people who required wheelchair assistance and the Company was informed of this in advance. However, the driver DID NOT assist while I went to get the wheelchairs. He left the passengers sitting on an outside bench with NO assistance
Dear Ms, I was sincerely sorry and surprised to read your review. I personally carried out the service and took care of you until your arrival at the airport. I personally accompanied the gentleman with walking difficulties to the bench located in front of the airport entrance, making sure he was safely seated and not left alone, especially considering he was accompanied by two other people, one of whom was fully able to assist him. In addition, I personally took two luggage trolleys and loaded your bags onto them. While you went to request airport assistance, the other three passengers greeted me warmly and thanked me with a smile. I did everything possible within my role and responsibilities as a driver, even going beyond what is normally expected from the service provided. If continuous personal assistance is required, it should be arranged with a dedicated companion who can remain with the passenger throughout the airport process, as this type of assistance is not part of a driver’s duties. I carry out my work every day with passion, professionalism, and dedication, which is why I find your review unfair and offensive compared to the service that was actually provided.
