We are very grateful that after the cancellation of our private transport from Civitavecchia to Rome in the last 48 hours we have had the opportunity to have the possibility and peace of mind to make our trip with the last minute arrangements so safe with a very affable driver and that allow us a fantastic trip back to our hotel in Rome. Trip advisor went out of their way to accommodate us, due to a mix up on my behalf. I gave them the wrong pick up time, but they went out of there way to come back two hours later when I was able to get off the ship I was on. The driver was so nice and helped with all our luggage. Very very happy with the service.
