Outstanding- our driver went above and beyond by waiting for our flight that came in late, helping with luggage and driving with care and ease … did I mention there were 6 of us? Super experience
Paul was the first person we saw exiting arrivals. The experience could no have been easier. Paul was very personable, and a safe driver. We will use service returning to airport.
You didn’t show up. I wrote that our flight was delayed. Gave you the new time and date and you weren’t there.
Our driver was waiting for us when we landed and was easy to find. He was helpful and made our transfer smooth and stress free.
We were delayed 24 hours, I called the help line to let them know. If was great seeing our driver with our name card waiting when we arrived.
Paul was waiting for us as we cleared baggage claim. The vehicle was exceptionally clean. The driving through Paris traffic took quite a while, but that is Paris. This is an excellent and reliable car service.
Gilber was a great guy. Carried all of her bags for us, and made sure to contact me on WhatsApp to stay in touch while we waited for us
Jean-Claude was waiting for us in the arrivals area. He helped taking our luggage to his van. He clearly knew his way to our hotel. All in all, this was an excellent way to travel from the airport.
The driver was friendly and helpful and the car was clean and comfortable. Great experience! Definitely recommend.
We were a long time getting through the new EES system but the driver was still there for us. Maybe you need to extend the wait time due to the new customs clearance 😊
