I found Go Travel Da Nang on getyourguide and booked a round trip to ba na hills from da nang. I can only tell good things about the experience. First, the communication with them was perfect. Always quick to respond and clear. Second, just as we were about to take the cable car to the base of the mountain it started pouring rain... Our driver waited patiently for us for 2 hours until we could come back down. The experience was so amazing that I felt confident booking another trip directly with them. I also recommend getting the park tickets with them. We paid and received the electronic tickets immediately.
