As the title states, it served its purpose. The driver was on time (actually a few minutes early). He brought us snacks and water for the long drive. Even stopped halfway to stretch our legs and use the restroom. My criticism and warning to people is that you don't get the type or quality of vehicle the image on the booking implies. Most people in Egypt doing this type of work are just trying to make a living. His car wasn't overly clean (or dirty), had lots of wear/tear and body damage. It also sounded like maybe he needed to get his rotors rotated/changed. That all said, he was very nice, polite and spoke English well enough. Nothing wrong with him or his service. Again, just don't expect the car you see in the ad from Viator.

Our driver was punctual, polite and an excellent driver. We arrived at our hotel at the expected time.

Nice safe driver. Would recommend him. On time. Amazing navigating through Cairo traffic with people walking out into the street.

Terrible experience. 1. The driver was late by 30 minutes causing us to miss an appointment in Cairo. No apologies was given for being late 2. For the whole trip, there was no Air Conditioner even though we told the driver it was hot. 3. No water, drinks or snacks was offered even though it was mentioned in the ticket. 4. The driver was almost dozing off during the journey putting our lives at risk! 5. The driver told us that he didn’t have GPS so he had to borrow my mobile phone to find his way to our destination in Cairo. I had to leave my phone on throughout the trip. Overall, this company did not deliver a reasonable service and overcharged us for the trip. Extremely disappointed. This is not acceptable and need to compensate us for overcharging us and for not delivering the minimum service.

He was very kind to me. Even after I dropped him off, he was sincere and I met a good driver.

The driver Hamoud (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) arrived early at our accommodation and waited for us. With skilled driving, he brought us to our destination right on time. He also played enjoyable music, which made the ride pleasant. Although the speed on the highway was a bit fast at times, the road was nearly empty that day, so it was not a serious issue. Overall, I was satisfied with this transportation service.

Fantastic transfer would definitely recommend, on time/safe/new vehicle/refreshments given and driver excellent.

drive was very comfortable and smooth. Although it would be better if the drivers would not use their phone to chat with people while driving on highways.

The drive was fine but the driver picked u up s up 1 hr late. The company apologized profusely, gave us gifts at the destination and we didn’t suffer but were very annoyed.

Very great service! the driver arrived outside the hotel 5 mins early after sending a message with an ETA that morning. He helped load and unload our bags, and was very friendly on the drive, asking us if we wanted to stop for toilets, snacks, and drinks. All the road tolls were included in our trip cost, and the car was very clean and comfortable. All in all, a very pleasurable experience!
