Als u aankomt in de haven van Santos en naar een van de luchthavens in São Paulo gaat (GRU & CGH luchthaven & hotel), kunnen wij uw vervoer in een privévoertuig verzorgen met maximaal comfort, bruikbaarheid en veiligheid. Voeg bij het boeken de datum, tijd en naam van uw cruise toe. Als u aankomt op de luchthaven, vermeld dan de vluchtgegevens of het hotel waar u verblijft. Voor uw reis en op de dag van aankomst zal ons team via whatsapp of sms contact met u opnemen om alle informatie te controleren en u te begeleiden tot u uw chauffeur vindt. Van individuele service tot groepsvervoer, Mundi biedt handige transportservice voor klanten door heel Brazilië, 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Haven van Santos / SANTOS City Uw chauffeur wacht BUITEN de haven op uw contactpersoon. Zodra u uw bagage ophaalt, bel / whatsapp de chauffeur om buiten af te spreken. Het Havenpersoneel (met groene hesjes aan) kan helpen bij het lokaliseren of bellen van uw chauffeur. Loop naar de hoofdingang P3 en wacht buiten bij de stoeprand, waar de chauffeur u ophaalt. U MOET te allen tijde een telefoonverbinding hebben. Alle communicatie verloopt uitsluitend via WHATSAPP.

The port was a nightmare. Two cruise ships unloading and loading, plus whatever else goes on at that location. I use a mobility scooter and by the grace of God it broke just before I left the ship. Crew was awesome improvising my transfer to shuttle. When arrived at port had to get a second wheel chair and a young woman with some government agency brought it and said she could assist as she spoke English pretty well and I speak no Portuguese. She made contact with my driver who speaks no English. It took her and him talking on the phone about an hour to get my ride to where a pickup was possible. Were it not for her I don't know what would happen. The driver was so patient and worked so hard to make sure that he was doing the best job of finding us. Without these two "angels" my wife and I might still be at the port in Santos and not at home safe and sound in Virginia. Obviously Viator makes sure that the folk with who they contract of reputable and are willing to go above and beyond. If my experience is any example and if Viator makes sure that all contractors they use are as responsible as ours I recommend you use them. That port is "hell on earth" and one needs one's angel to help them navigate it.

We were traveling as a party of 6. The van was able to accommodate all of us comfortably and all our luggage. Our driver Francielton was prompt and very courteous.

This was the best private driver experience we had on our visit to South America! Our driver Rogerio contacted us in advance, was ready for us on time, and was very professional. The car was in beautiful shape, clean and comfortable. Outstanding experience!

Communication was good with the driver the day before and morning of via WhatsApp. However she was 30 min past the pick up time I booked. I know the power is very busy but assume a driver would know to take this into account. The drive to São Paulo was fine. We were just waiting in the sun for the pick up. There were lots of companies offering transfers for a cheaper price. Can’t say if the service would have been better. We paid a premium price for a late start and an average car.

Apologies for the delay but no one could do any different regarding the pickup time. The queue line is the same for everyone.
I reserved a van and was scheduled for a transfer to the cruise ship. The driver messaged and said he was on his way and never showed to pick us up. We had to separate into to taxis to get to the port. We were very disappointed.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with any company! I am going to spread the word to never deal with your company ever! I am requesting some type of compensation for the inconvenience that I had to go through, I didn’t receive the service that was promised to me by contract! Charlotte Manning

Our Viator driver provided an excellent experience. He greeted us right as we exited baggage claim, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We had a two-hour drive, and he was a very safe, careful driver the entire time. We felt completely comfortable and at ease on the journey. Friendly, professional, and reliable—highly recommended!
