I booked the transfer paid my money and did not hear anything regarding pick up time. I tried 3 days to contact agents and no one knew what was happening regarding the pick up time. I callled the phone number and was put through a sales team which was no help.
Nelson booked our horse back riding and transfer to the airport. He is not only extremely knowledgeable of island activities, he is extremely sensitive to customer needs and delivers satisfaction. I wish I can give 6 stars!

Day we left our driver have a personal tour and allowed us to take pics and gave wonderful info about the country.💕😊. Definitely would recommend , he was thoughtful and informative
