Wellington guide very friendly drove the vehicle. Guide Rose welcomed us at the airport. Nice and welcoming as always. I was excited. I've been missing it.
Our exit was again with the guide Jisana. The staff was super punctual, and the van was quite comfortable. We arrived at the airport quite peacefully.

All the needs were met, were punctual when picking us up at the hotel. The transport was made in a van seen q we were 3 people. We got support at the air check in. The whole process took place properly.

We have not received the credit card refund amount at check out until today. I was at the hotel on December 23. Unfortunate. The elevators are always broken and we have to use stairs or a service elevator along with the trash removed from the rooms. Bad review. Look for another hotel
