Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophalen bij de cruiseterminal die is aangewezen voor uw schip of cruisemaatschappij. Het voertuig zal gemakkelijk te identificeren zijn, gemarkeerd met de achternaam van de hoofdreiziger op de voorruit en een Amerikaanse vlag op de bestuurdersruit. Voor aankomsten op de luchthaven, ga dan naar uw bagageband toegewezen aan uw vlucht, waar uw chauffeur zal wachten met een bord met de achternaam van de hoofdreiziger.

Alberto collected the 10 of us at the cruise terminal in Miami and transferred us all to a hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Traffic was heavy, but Alberto was in communication with us. He assisted to load our luggage, drove carefully and the vehicle was clean & comfortable. Definitely recommend. Thank you Alberto!

Our driver, Manuel, was professional, communicative, timely, very helpful with luggage, and a good, safe driver. My only disappointment with this experience was that despite paying $130 for the short transport from the Miami cruise port to the airport area, there was a surprise $11 cash fee we had to pay for a “port entry fee” which was communicated to us the night before, well after the opportunity to cancel. Fees such as this should be disclosed at the time of booking. Overall, it was pricey but worth it to have an efficient, private transport immediately upon disembarking the ship.

We were under the impression that we were getting a Sprinter van for 6 passengers & all of our luggage. We ended up with a Suburban & had to put some of the luggage between the seats since it wasn't enough room in the trunk.
