LET OP: DEZE TARIEVEN ZIJN ALLEEN GELDIG VOOR OVERDRACHT VAN AMS AIRPORT NAAR AMSTERDAM OF RETOUR. ÉÉN BOEKING IS EEN ONE WAY OVERDRACHT (GEEN RETOUR). Het ophalen van een luchthaven of haven gaat als volgt: Wij houden de vlucht of boot bij zodat u of uw gasten zich geen zorgen hoeven te maken over de ophaaltijd. Houd er rekening mee dat uw chauffeur zal wachten op het ontmoetingspunt (binnen het luchthavenplein of de haventerminal) met een naambordje (iPad met het gewenste logo en/of hun naam erop). Uw chauffeur neemt na aankomst contact op met de gasten door ze een bericht te sturen of ze te bellen om door te geven waar ze elkaar zullen ontmoeten (als er telefoonnummers beschikbaar zijn). Als de chauffeur niet kan worden gelokaliseerd of gevonden, bel dan ons noodnummer. Onze annuleringskosten: > 72 uur: gratis < 72 uur > 24 uur: 25% van de totale kosten < 24 uur: 50% van de totale kosten < 12 uur: 100% van de totale kosten

Complaint: Defective seat and monitor in business class We had a flight with 5 people in business class from Vancouver to Frankfurt. Unfortunately, my son's seat was completely defective and not functional. Despite the efforts of the friendly flight attendants, the problem could not be fixed. My son and I were unable to sleep as a result. In addition, the monitor was also defective and the frame kept popping out. Unusable and disturbing. The course had cost 1,000 € + 50,000 miles. As a "compensation" we received a bottle of champagne and were promised 8,000 miles, which does not come close to the inconvenience caused. We expect an appropriate response and compensation from Lufthansa, but have waited in vain for a response so far. We hope Lufthansa will take our complaint seriously and offer a fair solution.

The transfer was perfect. Everything was as it should be. The driver received us at the disembark gate, helped us with our luggage. It was a very nice experience.

These guys are BRILLIANT!! They are professional, prompt and communicative.
