Van was waiting on us at the airport. Driver loaded our bags, vehicle was clean, and felt safe throughout transfer to hotel.

Really glad we booked this - we originally planned to take the subway but given we were traveling with my parents, kids and lots of bags we opted for a transfer. I was able to confirm our pickup details and airport details through the app which was great. The listing said you had to call to confirm which I was worried about as our phone wasn’t working in the US, but confirmation through the app was fine. The driver arrived early - the vehicle was super clean and was easily identifiable. The driver was lovely and it was a nice ride to the airport. Highly recommended.
