Juan Carlos reached out a day before to make sure I had info on meeting him and what expect going through immigration. He met me and our journey which was about 2 hours was smooth and issue free. Juan Carlos was thoughtful and provided a ton of info on the areas we drove through and what to do once I got to Valle Nevado. He is great driver and his vehicle was top quality.
This company does a really great job of communicating with its customers, both prior to the arranged transfer date and during the actual reservation date. My driver was super friendly and on time for both transfers between Santiago & Valle Nevado. Overall, a great experience and a reasonable rate for the transfers. Much appreciated!

This is a scam. Do not book! We booked this service and they never showed up. We showed the booking to the hotel staff where we were staying and they told us this was likely a scam. They recommend that you don’t book one of these in advance and just have a cab pick you up and take you arranged by the hotel.

Absolutely amazing service from the vendor as well as the driver! Proactive and professional communication prior to the trip from the coordinator. The day before the trip our driver Sergio also reached out directly to confirm. On the day of our trip, he arrived early at the airport and waited for us for a long while. He was very friendly, actively helped us with our luggage, a great driver on the road, asked us if we need any accommodation like bathroom or quick shopping that we really appreciated it. Overall we were more than satisfied with our experience and highly recommend! We actually booked our way back with this vendor again right away after we were dropped off.

Second tour I took through the agency and I have nothing to complain about. I was insecure about taking the Panoramic Andes tour, and the driver Koke encouraged me not to give up the tour. They are punctual both on the go and on the return. Quiet ride, driver has excellent experience in relation to driving on the andes, very attentive and great professionalism, brought curiosities about the Andes. I recommend the Bike tour agency to everyone. Excellent cost-benefit.

The communication between the service and myself was really great. JC contacted us the day before our arrival and stayed in great contact upon exiting the airport. He was on time, and easy to find on exit of the airport. JC was super friendly, a great driver and an excellent DJ! Would 100% ride with MTO Tour again.

Carlos our driver did a superb job. After being turned back because of weather he returned later in the day and got us to the resort in excellent time so we did not have to miss a day of our already paid vacation and ski trip.
