UW BESTUURDER VINDEN Wacht 10/15 minuten voor uw ophaaltijd voor de uitgang van het cruiseschip, de chauffeur houdt een bord met uw naam vast. Identificeer uzelf door uw voucher te tonen aan de Aanbieder, voor wie wij optreden als boekingsagent. Wijzigingen in ophaaltijden moeten ten minste 24 uur voor vertrek worden aangevraagd bij uw leverancier of boekingsagent. Als de wijziging door de leverancier wordt geaccepteerd, is dit op eigen risico. We kunnen geen verantwoordelijkheid aanvaarden voor klanten die niet op tijd worden opgehaald en vervolgens vluchten of voorwaartse reizen missen als de details van de boeking zijn gewijzigd en we niet dienovereenkomstig zijn geïnformeerd. Als u vertraging oploopt voor uw ontscheping, moet u de leverancier bellen.

The driver picked us up at the Ravenna cruise terminal and delivered us to the main boat station in Venice. Unfortunately due to inclement weather that day we could not be taken directly to the canal entrance of our hotel. Instead we were taken to a dock on one of the more principal canals and had to walk about 15 min (through the rain) with our luggage. The young man assigned to us for tue boarding ride was courteous and assisted with rolling our luggage to the hotel (we appreciated this service); however it would have been good to have been notified beforehand what our options were to avoid the walk in the rain.

On that day, the unusually high tide level, combined with the weather conditions, made it impossible for the water taxi to reach the canal entrance closest to your hotel. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control and, for safety reasons, the alternative drop-off point had to be used. We do understand, however, that walking for approximately 15 minutes in the rain with your luggage was not ideal. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will do our best to ensure that guests are informed as clearly as possible about any necessary changes to the drop-off arrangements. Comfortable easy transfer with very friendly driver. Boat was amazing, helped with baggage, escorted us right to our hotel.

We wanted to tour Ravenna on our way from the cruise port to Venice and found this company online. They met us after we departed our ship and took us into Ravenna for a 2 hour guided tour (which was a highlight of our entire vacation). The murals and architecture in Ravenna were awesome! Afterwards our guide provided us with a great recommendation for lunch. Then our driver picked us up and took us to the outskirts of Venice. To finish the trip, they arranged a private water taxi which took us directly to our hotel’s front door. Outstanding day thanks to Luxer Incoming’s awesome service.

Got off the cruise raining ppl getting wet to all fit in à bus. My driver was waiting and quick and easy. Smooth than I got to Venice another person had my taxi boat ready and waiting. Pls truly the right way to go

This was a great experience. Effortless. We got off the cruise ship and our driver was already waiting for us. The drive was about 2 hours to Venice. When we arrived to Venice someone else was waiting for us to direct us to our water taxi to take us to our hotel. I would highly recommend this service.
