Ontspan in een van de vele pendelbussen naar luchthaven Ciampino. Retourtransfers zijn ook mogelijk, verschillende vertrektijden gedurende de hele dag zodat u lekker ontspannen. Alleen in deze periode is de tijdstabel niet volledig hersteld, maar geeft deze nog wel de aankomst- en vertrektijden van alle vluchten in Ciampino weer

Je moet minstens 15 minuten voor het gekozen vertrek aanwezig zijn bij de bushalte om je aanwezigheid en ticket te valideren bij onze medewerkers om aan boord te kunnen gaan. Op de luchthaven gaat u na de landing naar de kassa van de leverancier van het grondtransport buiten de aankomstterminal. Wissel uw boekingsvoucher in om op parkeerstrook 2 in de bus te stappen.

The best choice! They literally saved us. I really liked the drivers : Vincenzo , Lorritto. Without them it would be hard to get to our hotel in the centre of Rome. They are really friendly guys! Thanks to them so much!

At the airport they put on a cheap farce to snatch up customers, saying that they always leave in 5 minutes, 10 at most, compared to Terravision which instead states the real times. After that, having paid a full 9 euros each, the bus stays parked for another 20-25 minutes, only to then leave at the same time as Terravision. Conduct that is disrespectful to the customer. Not recommended.

Non vi è quindi alcun motivo di comunicare orari diversi da quelli effettivi, che sono facilmente verificabili da qualsiasi passeggero. Desideriamo inoltre ricordare che il nostro servizio prevede corse con una frequenza di circa 15–20 minuti. La gestione delle partenze dipende da molteplici fattori operativi e aeroportuali, ma non rientra in alcun modo nella nostra politica fornire informazioni non veritiere ai clienti. Proprio perché gli orari sono pubblici e consultabili da tutti, riteniamo che sia importante fornire informazioni corrette anche attraverso le recensioni online, affinché gli utenti possano orientarsi sulla base di esperienze aderenti alla realtà. Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti quando uno strumento utile per informare i viaggiatori viene utilizzato per diffondere affermazioni che non trovano riscontro nei fatti, poiché ciò rischia di creare confusione tra i passeggeri che cercano informazioni affidabili. poor bus times, only 3 a day and didnt issue refund
Dear customer we don't sell what we don't provide. We are sorry not to be more present but Ciampino airport at the moment is really weak for arrivals of planes and so our shuttle service connected to the flights
Handy transport to/from outside airport to Termini station, for €8 per person per journey. Worth checking out which bus stop outside the Termini for return to airport as it can be quite crowded with travellers, bags, ticket checks. You can get ticket online or pay on the bus. Journey time is traffic dependent so allow for this.
Don’t use bus never turned up, I landed at cia airport and got the bus easily enough to Rome termina. I was booked on the return bus at 1630, arrived in good time and about 15 minutes before the bus was due asked the guy seeking tickets if he needed to see my pre booked ticket. It was then he told me the coach was cancelled and to make alternative travel plans. This was a bit late letting me know and I doubt he’d even have told me it was cancelled if I hadn’t asked. Ended up having to get a taxi. If they had let me know earlier by email I could have made other plans. Doubt I will be using them again
Dear customer, we are really sorry for what happened. Unfortunately, we had very chaotic days in Rome with demonstrations that caused the police to close roads, giving us serious problems in attending and providing the service on time. Sorry for the inconvenience
The bus left on time with no problems. I left something important on the bus. The staff at the airport and the driver were very helpful in recovering it.
Last day and need info for our return to the airport , we speak neither Italian nor English but we asked to look at the hours chart and we yes or no! The person was unpleasant and aggressive , we were entitled to what you do in Italy!!!! Really shameful in hyper tourist area

Found the shuttle bus stop at Termini Roma no problem. It was a comfortable journey and we arrived at Ciampino airport on time.
I didn't even have time to get on that driver and ticket checker started talking to each other and saying that if you're smart you don't take this bus to go to Ciampino airport since there are few rides. (Terms - Ciampino airport 12/09/2024 hours 7:30). If you offer a service I am free to book according to my needs, it is not my problem if you have few reservations. Please take an IQ test before booking. Thank you!
a volte ascoltare deliberatamente una parte di conversazione e non tutta la discussione porta ad arrivare a conclusioni sbagliate e riflessioni intransigenti. Peccato non abbia ascoltato anche che stiamo aumentando il numero delle partenze per garantire continuità di partenze all'utenza e che a breve effettueremo il servizio completo inserendo anche la destinazione Vaticano per tutti gli orari così da offrire una ragione in più per prendere i ns servizi. Peccato abbia preferito sentenziare pesantemente una porzione di conversazione e aggettivare quelli che ne hanno preso parte. Avrebbe potuto chiedere spiegazioni anche solo per curiosità o semplicemente ascoltare meglio tutta la conversazione così da trovare tempo per altro o magari darci dei suggerimenti in qualità di utente che ha acquistato il servizio. Questi sono sempre molto utili!
