Ik ben geboren en getogen in Positano, aan de kust van Amalfi. Ik neem je mee en ontdek het pad dat iedereen kent als "Path of Gods": een van de meest spectaculaire uitzichten in Zuid-Italië. Ik zal je echter laten zien dat dit veel meer was voor mijn voorouders: een van de voetgangersaders die toegang gaven tot eigendom en mensen vóór de aanleg van de weg die Sorrento met Vietri verbindt. Tijdens deze wandeling is er de mogelijkheid om lokale boeren en fokkers te ontmoeten die van echte producten genieten. We zullen praten over de lokale flora en fauna, het gebruik van wilde kruiden op culinair en phytotherapeutisch gebied. Het leidmotief van de wandeling zal de volledige opening van de zintuigen zijn voor de perceptie van de omgeving, de verdieping van de tradities en gebruiken van mijn land. Saveria was excellent! Before our walking tour, we had to navigate changing weather patterns and evolving schedules and Saveria was very flexible and accommodating. Her communication leading up to the tour was outstanding. On the trail she kept a pace that was comfortable for our large family with differing levels of hiking experience. Her knowledge of the area and local vegetation and traditions is unsurpassed. It was an excellent experience!
We had a lovely day with ladybug and would highly recommend. We were staying in Sorrento so getting to the starting / ending point was prearranged. We arrived at the start very early so we were a Little concerned we were alone but Ladybug arrived early. She was a wealth of knowledge on the plants and the history and was lovely to spend time with. We also visited a Shepherds cottage and had goat cheese,fresh honey and bruschetta. The hike was beautiful and the views were amazing. I would highly recommend.
We loved our hike with Saveria "ladybug" of Positano! The views were stunning and she shared the most interesting historical and nature facts which gave us time to rest and catch our breath! This is the perfect hike originating in Nocelle, high above Positano. We hiked to the Shepard's cabin where we enjoyed the local goat cheese and wine (which was AMAZING!) If you want a safe hiking experience filled with local organic history, you must book with Saveria!
Saveria is a local and a wealth of knowledge about the area. She guided me up and down the path while explaining the history and mythology of the area. A really good resource and a genuinely nice person.
We truly felt like locals after hiking with Saveria. She told us all about the history of the trail and the various plants we saw along the way. This listing truly undersells the experience she provides - we could not recommend Saveria more! Pro tip - let her take you to the Shepards house :)
We have been blessed to have traveled the World and have had amazing experiences. Our hike on the Path of the Gods beginning & ending at the beautiful village of Nocelle with Saveria is now one of our all time favorites. She is a beautiful caring soul and an excellent local guide whom will share her immense knowledge of nature and the history of Positano and the Amalfi Coast with you. We had a smaller group which was wonderful as she prefers so she can give special attention to all which she did. She was very personable to us and helpful to others as well along this amazing and challenging trail and overall was very generous with her time and attention. What a wonderful time we had. We left with some wonderful memories of the amazing views and all that Saveria shared with us. Thank you Saveria!!
This was an indelible experience. Saveria is a gracious and accommodating guide. Her knowledge of and passion for her community elevated a challenging hike to a memory that will resonate forever. Stunning views, beautiful flora and fauna, and fascinating tales of times gone by. A lovely time shared with a lovely person.
Tese di San Giuseppe was the hike we did with “Ladybug”. We could walk up the city steps to the hike which made it convenient from the hotel in Positano. The hike was shorter than Path of Gods and the views from 1650 feet up were amazing!! Saveria is was a wealth of knowledge about the local mythology of Positano as well as medicinal herbs and plants we saw along the way. The streams we passed added to our feel of the local nature! Highly recommend our new Ladybug” friend!!
What a wonderful hike we had with Saveria, Ladybug Positano! She is intelligent, curious, knowledgeable, and eager to share her experience with us. We really enjoyed the hike as she showed us local plants and told us about local history! We did the out and back hike to the shepherd’s house. I was actually worried that it wouldn’t be enough of a hike, but we were exhausted afterwards! It was great exercise, and we learned a lot. We really loved hiking with Saveria!
We were lucky enough to have Saveria all to ourselves for this tour and she delivered all that we had hoped. Through her engaging personality she shared her wide knowledge of the trail and the Positano surroundings. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone travelling to the Amalfi region. Saveria adds her own charm to the experience.
