As my tour guide was a local, he was very knowledgeable of the locations, the culture, and traditions of the area. He was happy to answer any random question I had from current events to context of the culture. I was his only tour that day so he picked me up directly from my flat and went to our first stop, and I was glad I was hungry. It feels like they brought enough food to feed another person as there was a variety of different things to choose from the goat cheese and honey to the different egg dishes, and even something similar to a beef stew that I quite enjoyed despite it being for breakfast. We went on to have what I would call a savory crepe, and then go had some street food that tasted delicious. I loved every bit of the tour from explaining the local history tied to the restaurants to the requirements to be inside the grand masque. I would be delighted to do another tour with him in the future.
We love trying new foods, and this excursion was a great way to try some places we wouldn’t have found on our own. Hasher was very friendly and helpful, and patient with our sweet, wild child. The food was incredible, I wish I could find food like that where I live.
Hasher my guide was great. Friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The food was fantastic stopping at several different places but the main meal part was delicious and more than enough to eat. I would definitely recommend this.
When I came to Bahrain, I wasn’t sure which tour to choose, but I ended up picking this one—because you can never go wrong with food! This tour was not just about the food; it was a great opportunity to learn about Bahrain’s culture and history as well. Every dish was so delicious that I wished my stomach could stretch more—seriously! Thanks to this tour, I had such an enjoyable time in Bahrain.
A great experience trying some different food venues we would never have found otherwise. Local dishes were lovely and could be tailored to your spice level. Based was very friendly and a good guide. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!! My wife and I booked this cruise excursion and were pleased beyond all expectations. Our tour guide, Safia, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, knowledgable, and accommodating! Definitely request her when you book! We visited a few different eating establishments and had a wide array of traditional Bahranian food and desserts. One more delicious than the last! We were also enlightened with some interesting Bahranian history and fun facts along the way. Truly was a highlight of our time in Bahrain!
