We had a great time in Durango Netfill Edgar was a great guide and we did 2 tours with him. Sierra de Organos y el Malpais. Bellazas de la Sierra Madre Occidental. We got personalized attention by him In detail regarding the history of Durango. We got to enjoy the nature that we love and hiked the big rocked. Loved everything.

These people did not even contact me even though they sold me the ticket. There was no meeting point planned. In the morning of the tour they canceled it. It was a complete disaster and I lost the day.
Regarding your evaluation, your tour was canceled at 8 PM the day before your reservation. It was canceled because there was only one passenger, which did not meet the minimum of two required to confirm the reservation. The following day, you contacted me on my personal phone from your hotel in Casablanca, and I explained the two-passenger requirement, that the tour would take place after 2 PM, and that you were the only one interested. I did not receive any further response from you.

Despite of confirmed and fully paid booking we were never picked up in front of the agreed (and also confirmed) hotel. We have been waiting for 90 minutes - nobody came or called. We tried to reach Coyote Tours, they didn't answer the phone. I am not sure if they exist at all! Be careful with them!
