Tour van Tbilisi naar Armenië

We didn't have a guide, just a driver who didn't tell or explain us anything. The driver had a friend with him to talk to, but he completely forgot us. None of the preliminary information about the expedition came true. We didn't even get the promised bottle of water... We were not told in advance about stops, etc. The driver got out of the car several times without saying a word to us.

I booked this trip through Viator. It was probably the only person who registered for the day. I wrote to the agency again beforehand, but no reply. Viator demands that the trip will be taken even if only one person registers, otherwise there are many registrations. I arrive at the hotel at 9 p.m. in the evening and get the message that the trip is cancelled. It was the next day. I wrote a lot at once and was able to go but had to pay in cash, even though I had paid by credit card. I didn't have the money. I agreed, it was stressful, the driver was nice but I was in Yerevan for an hour, no tour, nothing. It wasn't really worth it. I didn't see the cascades. Just the central square. It wasn't worth it. I had to pay extra for the insurance that is included here. Not recommended. I informed Viator, it doesn't work that way. There are other tours that are more worthwhile. Nobody needs an agency that cancels at short notice.
