Cinto-strand 9 uur vertrek vanuit uw hotel in Santa Marta, Rodadero of Taganga - 10 uur vertrek vanuit Taganga per speedboot naar het strand van Cinto waar we zijn aangekomen om 11.15 uur daar hebben we een kiosk met hangmatten waar je kunt lunchen en berg je spullen op en ga genieten van het prachtige strand van wit zand en kristalhelder water dit strand wordt gekenmerkt door een zeer plaats Stille paar mensen.
13.00 uur vertrek vanuit Cinto per speedboot naar Playa Cristal waar we zijn daar om 13.30 uur aankomen hebben we een restaurant waar we zullen lunchen en kunnen bewaar uw spullen en ga genieten van het prachtige zandstrand Wit en kristalhelder water met koraalgebied, ideaal om te snorkelen. - 16 uur terug naar Taganga per speedboot en vervolgens naar uw hotel over land.

We waited for an hour and a half to board the boat and were squashed 5 to a seat and the other boats went out with three people to a seat, so the logistics of putting people into the boats was not good. The ride out was rough, so we were all saturated, and a poor child screamed in fear for most of the ride. When we arrived there was no snorkelling gear available and no kiosk to leave our bags so even though the beach looked like it would be a nice walk, I couldn’t do it without taking my backpack. Lunch was expensive and poor, even though the staff were lovely, service was slow and haphazard eating into the limited time we had on the beach. The multiple boats lined the beach again, blocking access and view. It was such a pity they didn’t take the boat back out and come in as a group. The images that were presented on the website certainly didn’t present in reality with plastic rubbish and crowds. It is the most expensive thing I’ve done in Columbia and the worst.
The Agency complied with what was offered; Both beaches are beautiful and the service is quite good. Recommended.
I discovered the Tayrona park by speedboat with friends who visited us from Argentina. It was a unique experience, the beaches are magnificent and the service and support from the agency was excellent. The work team is very attentive and professional, the boats are new and very well equipped, I recommend them.
The beaches are beautiful, but try to go with a different company! It was not worth the money, just chaotic! I was supposed to meet the driver at 8.30/9am. At 6.30 I got a phone call that my driver was waiting. I didn't know at what time the boat would leave nor couldn't reach anyone from the agency. And the day coninued like this...
Don’t take this tour! The tour agency is not responsible for the boat company that takes you to the beaches. It’s not the boat shown on the picture. It was the most scary experience of my life. More than half of the group participating on the tour decided to leave the tour at the first stop and paid locals to get back to Santa Marta by a local bus used by the beach workers. The boat’s captain disregard any safety precautions and mocked the group for being scared. The beach workers confirmed to me that the captain is imprudent and that this same situation has been happening constantly. There’s also no guide at all from the tour agency as described. I contacted Tayrona Tours after the fact (since the beach has no cell phone signal) and they just responded saying that they were sorry and that they don’t really check the boat company that will take you to the beaches. Therefore, they are only after your money. They don’t care about their customers and their well being. I also contacted Viator for a partial refund since I decided to leave the tour at the first stop since it was closed extremely dangerous and I had to pay a lot of more money to return to the city by bus. The tour agency, as expected, didn’t want to refund anything and Viator only refunded me 10% as a token of gratitude. In summary: don’t take any tour that uses these type of boats. Take the tours that take you to Tayrona Park by bus/van. Avoid Tayrona Tours at all costs. You won’t have any support from them and don’t care about the safety of their customers. Additionally, also know that Viator also won’t support you as it should. Really disappointed for the whole experience. Vacation is something you take to relax not to face the stress of putting your life in danger. Shame on you Tayrona Tours. Shame on you Viator.
This beautiful city has everything that marvels of beaches clean crystal clear waters, Mood friendly, guides attentive to everything. I highly recommend it Thanks for making me live new emotions 😃
The reason for the rating is due to the honesty of both the tour and the Tripadvisor application that do not offer any assistance in terms of contact with the agency, which was apparently false, because first the number they relate in Colombia does not exist, two the number that relates the application also does not serve in any way, but obligatorily they make you leave your payment information in order to charge for right, I do not recommend either the application or the tour and hope to be able to initiate legal proceedings to report them.
