Door de speedboottocht te maken, hebben passagiers meer tijd op de eilanden, zodat u meer tijd kunt besteden aan het verkennen van de plaats en leren over onze cultuur, erfgoed en geschiedenis.

we beginnen je in 15 minuten over de weg van de hotels naar de haven te halen, daarna varen we in de snelle boot ongeveer 20 minuten om bij de Uros-eilanden aan te komen, onze tweetalige gids zal de hele reis bij je zijn, hij zal zijn informatie delen over het handwerk van de mensen die er wonen, hoe de mensen de eilanden hebben gebouwd en hun geschiedenis. U kunt tegen een meerprijs een optionele tocht maken met een kleine boot.
We doen er een uur over om bij ons tweede interessante punt aan te komen, we gaan wandelen, je leert over de plaats, bevolking, textielactiviteit die cultureel is, natuurlijk wasmiddel dat de inboorlingen met planten hebben gemaakt, en een lunch met een panoramisch uitzicht van het Titikaka-meer. Hierna doen we er in totaal 1 uur en 30 minuten over, eerst per snelle boot en daarna via de route om terug te keren naar de hotels.

The costumer service is really great! I booked this tour really spontaneously, the evening before. They accomodated my indicidual arrival and picked me up from the pier. They answered really fast when I wrote to them concerning my luggage. And gave me the option to leave it at their office or bring a small bag onto the boat. They also dropped me off on the way back at the Uros Island where I booked an accomodation. Our guide Fredy was very helpful and answered all questions! The tour itself is really great and takes you to interesting and beautiful places. You learn a lot about the culture and history.
Excellent experience. They were punctual and professional in handling the entire transfer. The explanations and directions from the guide Freddie were more than satisfactory. Likewise, the meeting with the communities was most enriching. Highly recommended.

If you have only one day in Puno...take this trip! We had an excellent tour guide, Heber, and captain. Heber was knowledgeable, efficient, and a brilliant communicator in both English and Spanish. We enjoyed our visit to the Uros Islands....especially the explanations given about how the islands were formed and the lifestyle of the inhabitants. We were happy to purchase an item from the villager who showed us his home. Taquille was also a once in a lifetime adventure! Pretty steep climb up to the central plaza, where we were entertained with music and dancing. The artisans have a marketplace with lovely items ( fixed price), and no pressure to buy. Our lunch of quinoa soup and trout ( or omelette) with fries, rice and veggies was delicious. Heber gave additional information on the history and culture of the island people, which was fascinating. Clean bathrooms are available on the boat and in Taquille, but be sure to bring water and sunscreen. Thanks to Heber and all the Peruvians who hosted us for an exceptional introduction to life on Lake Titicaca.
The hotel pickup was punctual. The boat was very comfortable. The guide, John, gave a very interesting commentary. The tour was well-organized, and everything went according to plan. Lunch was tasty. The driver, Johnathan, operated the boat very professionally. Everything was great.

Excellent experience on the 1-day tour to Uros and Taquile. I loved getting to know the different cultures and traditions of the islands. The lunch was very good and the views of the lake were simply stunning. A completely recommendable experience!
