Ervaar de hoogtepunten van Astoria met onze rondleiding! Onze begeleide transporttour biedt een overzicht van de stad en geeft inzicht in de rijke geschiedenis, beroemde bezienswaardigheden, historische huizen en filmscènes. We laten je ook de beste winkels, restaurants en aankomende evenementen zien, en bevelen eetgelegenheden, musea en extra rondleidingen aan om te verkennen. Daarnaast bieden we pamfletten met diepgaande details om uw nieuwsgierigheid te bevredigen. De tour duurt ongeveer 3 uur, waardoor u zich grondig kunt uitleven in uw interesses. Onze ophaaltijd is 9:30 uur, tenzij het een cruisedag is. Op cruisedagen pikken we een uur nadat het schip is aangemeerd op. Ik zal ervoor zorgen dat ik de dag voor en wanneer ik onderweg ben een sms stuur. Ophaaltijden kunnen variëren en kunnen na 10.00 uur zijn, afhankelijk van het aantal plaatsen waar we moeten ophalen, aangezien Onward Adventures ophaalt vanaf meerdere locaties.

Bij deze 30 meter hoge zuil zie je fantastische uitzichten, luister je naar de geschiedenis, ruik je de kustlucht en ga je de uitdaging aan om de trap te beklimmen. Mensen verlaten deze plek met een licht gevoel en ademen de prestaties van de uitdagingen van gisteren en vandaag in.
Loop over het terrein, bekijk het koetshuis en bezoek misschien de binnenkant van het huis.
Laat je foto maken met de Goonies-jeep, bezoek de gastenwinkel voor je favoriete Goonie-collectie
zie het fort, lees de geschiedenis, zie een rododendronboom van meer dan 100 jaar oud

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Cruise gast boekingsherinnering Als u met een cruiseschip aankomt, selecteer dan de optie Tour of Astoria met uw cruiselijnnaam en -datum op TripAdvisor in plaats van de algemene Vermelding Tour of Astoria. Deze optie is speciaal ontworpen voor cruisegasten, zodat we de tour soepel en op schema kunnen laten verlopen. Vragen? Vraag het gewoon — wij helpen u graag. Vergaderlocaties Als u aankomt met een cruiseschip, ga dan naar onze aangewezen ophaallocatie net buiten het haventerrein. Gedetailleerde routebeschrijving zal worden verstrekt met uw boekingsbevestiging, en u zult zien de Onward Adventures bus op u wachten. Als je je schip verlaat, loop je onder een tuinhuisje door met een bordje met de tekst Welcome to Astoria. Blijf op die stoep. U komt langs lokale verkopers die dingen verkopen aan de linkerkant. U passeert ook een fietstocht aan uw linkerhand.. Aan uw rechterhand ziet u de haven Cruise bussen. Blijf gewoon op de stoep lopen. Aan het einde is er een poort die geopend zal worden. Loop er doorheen. Aan de linkerkant is een oud hotel, en aan de rechterkant is Bornstein Fish Packing Company. Blijf op de stoep lopen. Wanneer u de 4 - weg halte bereikt, ziet u mijn Onward Adventures bus aan de andere kant van de weg. Dit is het dichtst bij het haventerrein.

Incredible experience! highly recommend, our guide was very knowledgeable of the town. She knew her stuff and it was impressive. I would book at the start of your stay, because once you learn all the best kept gems of the this beautiful place you're going to want to stay a lot longer and explore! Especially if you are a big movie fan.

I went on this excursion with my husband and brother and his wife. Katie was an excellent tour guide with her cute little bus. She showed us all of Astoria. She offered to drop off anyone to the cruise ship, then she would take the rest of us to the shipwreck. 2 people got off and rest of us went to the Fishmongers Restaurant to get Tuna fish and Chips. While waiting for our order, my husband won $310.80 on the slots. What great memories
That was such a fun day! It's fun going off the agenda and doing what feels right for that time! Fishmongers at the South Jetty Bar was a big hit! Let's do it again! What a bonus $$$
This is the one tour you can’t miss, ours was a private tour with Katie, lots of energy and knowledge , my wife’s bucket list was to see the Goonie’s and Kate did not disappoint, she went above and beyond with locations, stories and things we did not anticipate, she was phenomenal

What an outstanding time we had with Katie and Onward Adventures today on their Tour of Astoria excursion!!! We visited, and climbed up, the Astoria Column...even got to fly small gliders from the top! The highlight for me was the several filming locations, like for The Goonies, Short Circuit, and Free Willy movies. They are very flexible and gave our small group various choices of things to see that interested us most. I definitely recommend touring with them when you're in Astoria!

Wonderful tour of Astoria with Katie. She is very knowledgeable and has fun commentary. We especially enjoyed the tower experience and the street shopping. Her bus reflects the eclectic, quirky style of Astoria!

Brilliant tour of Astoria with our guide Meredith. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with Off a cruise ship and knew nothing about the town so was a real treat (and yes we were given planes to fly and salmon dip!!) to learn so much Many thanks from the 3 of us

Hosted by Bill and Kate we enjoyed a fun and informative 3 hour tour of sleepy Astoria which was well worth doing. Highlights included the climbing to the top of the column and the views up there, visit to the Goonies house and Bill’s salmon dip. Pick up was at the port to meet us off our cruise ship but they also seem to do hotel pick ups.
I loved climbing the column with you! Bill is smiling over his salmon dip; he is going to try to do that whenever he gets a chance to come along. Did you know that over 300 people a day walk up to the Goonies house. Incredible. We are glad to be able to show you this! Thanks for the great review!
