We halen de reizigers op in het hotel waar ze verblijven en na de Tour laten we ze weer achter op die plek, zodat ze niet het risico lopen te verdwalen. We hebben gecertificeerde professionele toeristische gidsen om ervoor te zorgen dat de reiziger de beste reiservaring kan hebben. In het Hacienda Nápoles-themapark wordt de tour geregisseerd door een gecertificeerde professionele toerismegids, waardoor we de geschiedenis van de plaats en elk van zijn attracties leren kennen. The tours were incredibly amazing!!!
I found the tour spectacular. The guide had a lot of patience with us and always behaved politely and very kindly, even though some people in the group treated her badly and spoke negatively of her for no reason. At all times it allowed us to carry out the activities in our own way and explore freely. It should also be noted that, despite a delay by which the bus left me behind, she never bothered; on the contrary, she did everything possible so that she could reach the point where the group was and thus continue the journey with them. I highly recommend this tour: it was a very fun and pleasant experience.
The tour is excellent, from day 1 we received clear information, Angelo communicated with us from the previous day to be clear. The hacienda is giant but our guide managed that we could use the day to travel almost all, very friendly, excellent telling the story, the driver very attentive and drives carefully, we have done 2 tours with Maxi tours and we are very grateful, we recommend them!
Angelo Gomez was our tour guide. He was very informative and knew so much about the animals on this tour. The only negative was the breakfast location… the food was not the best of quality. Highly recommend eating breakfast before your travel. Other than that, fun day with the animals and water park.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THIS TIME I DID THE CAFE TOUR, I had previously bought two tours with them and everything ok, but this time, all horrible, I do not recommend this tour because to be able to do it you have to climb the mountain with rocks (because there are no stairs) extremely slippery which, without being exaggerated put your life at risk since a bad step and you can fall slipping from the mountain, offer a souvenir with coffee that obviously charge in the price and that they did not give it but only to a few because they ran out. The positive is the talk they give about coffee, but the experience is terrible, many people were left without going up because it is very inaccessible and they do not tell you at any time, if they have opportunity do not go with them, do not waste your money.
