Het doel van ons exploitatiebureau is om veiligheid te bieden aan de reizende toerist die onze diensten inhuurt, ervoor te zorgen dat hij aan de noodzakelijke eisen voldoet en dat hij kan beschikken over de service van gekwalificeerd personeel dat totale klanttevredenheid garandeert. Bij ons vindt u alle benodigde informatie voor uw reis. Binnen deze rondreis wordt u altijd begeleid door de aan uw rondreis toegewezen reisleider. Met deze gids kun je tijdens de rondleiding al je vragen stellen en kun je ook om hulp vragen als je een souvenir wilt kopen.

- Als het hotel of Airbnb waar u verblijft zich buiten de perimeter van het historische centrum bevindt en u wilt dat wij u ophalen, kunt u overwegen om het tarief 'ophalen buiten de perimeter' te betalen. - Houd er rekening mee dat tijdens het hoogseizoen of op speciale data sommige straten gesloten kunnen zijn en dat het ontmoetingspunt kan veranderen. - Neem contact op met het reisbureau en bevestig een nacht via WhatsApp om dit laatste punt te bespreken. Had an amazing time! Every part was enjoyable, the ride in the car, the waterfall, the grutos and relaxing in the hotsprings. My guide Jusue was very kind and made everything extra fun :)

Monse and Carlos were amazing, we loved traveling with them. What we liked the most was that the group was small, the car very comfortable and in everything we needed, we were listened to and solved.

The place is beautiful, just as shown in the photos. The water is completely turquoise and has a very pleasant temperature. A unique experience that we will undoubtedly recommend!

Excellent Tour. Great communication thru out the process. Providing details of everything need it for the tour. During the tour we had a Carlos. Excellent driver & tour guide. Grutas Tolantongo is a must. Beautiful place.

information about the tour on this page could have been better. Let me give a quick summary: We started in a small group of 6 persons from Queretaro, it took us about 3.5 hours to geht there. Our Tour guide Alain Huerta was excellent, he made a lot of pictures and answered all questions. We had a break to eat barbacoa, I really can recommend it, so you do not have to bring own food. We spent a wonderful day, 2 hours at the cave and the river and then Alain brought us to the second spot with the teraces. The view is amazing there. It is just a 5 minutes trip. After that we had dinner and left the place at 6 pm, we arrived in Queretaro at 9pm. We really enjoyed the day and we can totally recommend it.

We enjoyed a mainly private tour and could define further stops and how long we‘d like to stay in the awesome spots at Tolantongo ourselves. Our guide Josué was also very friendly, gave us a lot of information about Mexico during the ride and joined us gor lunch, too.

This place is breathtaking. And so much to do there. Our guide first took us to the waterfall. You can go up the stairs and in the waterfall or even down below where there is an additional waterfall. Then from there you can go down to the river. A short drive to the other side by the hotel is the grotto. They were so relaxing and the scenery was just beautiful. I recommend this trip for couples or even families.
