Onze Gids geeft een boeiend historisch overzicht van de Eiffeltoren voordat u naar de ingang wordt geleid. Onze deskundige gastheer zal al uw vragen beantwoorden. Bij de gastheer in de aangewezen rij, zal de Gids uw lift tickets krijgen en overhandigen aan u. Zodra je je tickets hebt, ga je naar de toreningang. Wees gerust, de rol van onze gastheer is om uw bezoek te vergemakkelijken, informatieve inzichten te bieden voor het uitzicht op de stad en de toren verschillende bezienswaardigheden, en ervoor te zorgen dat uw bezoek aan de Eiffeltoren probleemloos verloopt.

Maak prachtige foto's onder de toren voordat u naar de Top of 2e verdieping stijgt volgens uw gekozen optie. Bereid je voor om versteld te staan als het panoramische uitzicht over Parijs zich voor je ogen ontvouwt. - Dit is een groepsrondleiding, dus je moet minimaal 15 minuten voor de boekingstijd bij het verzamelpunt zijn. Als u aankomt NA uw boekingstijd zal het worden beschouwd als "No Show". Maximaal om op u te wachten met een geschreven bericht naar de Gids zal 10 tot 15 minuten zijn
- De Eiffeltorentop kan soms gesloten zijn vanwege slechte weersomstandigheden of vanwege technische of veiligheidsproblemen, maar bezoekers zijn alleen toegestaan tot de tweede verdieping. De beperkte toegang tot alleen de tweede verdieping wordt om veiligheidsredenen door de autoriteiten van de Eiffeltoren besloten en haar beslissing kan niet worden omzeild. Als de bovenste verdieping gesloten is, heeft u slechts recht op een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling.

The tour guide was exceptional and very knowledge.Unfortunately both the top floor and 1at floor were closed due to the heat which is out of his control however I would have expected a small refund in return considering how expensive the package was. Awesome tour guide and it’s not his fault but I think Tripadvisor need to lower the price of the tour.

We booked this tour because we wanted a guided experience, and it exceeded our expectations. The guide shared fascinating facts about the tower's construction and the history behind it before we entered. The elevator ride to the summit was exciting, and the views across Paris were simply incredible. My children loved spotting famous landmarks from above. Everything was well coordinated, and the pace was comfortable. It was easily one of the best memories from our vacation.
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. Our guide was friendly, organized, and shared interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower before we headed up. The summit views were absolutely breathtaking, especially on a clear day. Having everything arranged in advance made the experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely worth it
After booking this pretty expensive experience, we arrived 15 minutes before we were supposed to meet the guide. The guide no-showed. We called, we messaged, and after 30 minutes of trying to track someone down, we finally got someone on the phone who simply just said the guide wasn't coming. They refunded us, but it wasn't sufficient. We paid for cars to get there, sat around for 30 minutes and worst of all never got to go into the Eiffel Tower because it was closing 2 hours later and everything else was sold out. This tour company ruined a special experience and my kids were devastated.

These days The Tower administration decided to close the tower at 2 pm for a week, so it was completely out of our hands to accomodate all the cancelled tours and rescheduling most of them which caused all the guides to be unavailable for more than one tour per day. You booked your tour in too short time before the time of the tour, so we could not assign a guide for this booking in this short time. We apologize of course but we hope that you can understand the unbelievable pressure put on us due to the closure of the tower in these days. We hope to serve you better in another chance, and you can just pointout that you had this situation with us before and we will give you a good compensation in the next time. Thank you
This was my family’s first time to Paris and the tower so I honestly thought I’d be bored taking my third tour with a company. We really appreciate the extra attention and care, especially on such a hard, hot day with irritable tourists due to the heat. The guide was funny, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, and thoughtful. Our family highly recommends this company, Trip monster.

Great tour! We had a very small group and an excellent guide.
A great experience, better than expected actually. We enjoyed the experience of walking up the stairs and then using the elevator to get to the summit. I would highly recommend booking this tour and you won’t be disappointed!
