Met een geschiedenisexpert als gids ontdekt u oude monumenten zoals de Apollo-tempel en de Heilige Straat. - Ons bedrijf is niet verantwoordelijk als de klant niet op het ontmoetingspunt verschijnt voor de geboekte tour of activiteit.
- Last-minute annulering van vluchten of het onvermogen om van boord te gaan van een cruiseschip zijn niet de verantwoordelijkheid van ons bedrijf, derhalve worden restitutie-aanvragen vanwege dergelijke incidenten niet geaccepteerd. Mocht de klant zich bewust zijn van een dergelijke wijziging, wordt hij/zij verzocht om dit uiterlijk 24 uur vóór aanvang van de tour of activiteit aan ons bedrijf te communiceren, om een mogelijke aanpassing aan de datum of tijd te bespreken (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid)
- Terugbetalingsverzoeken voor last-minute annuleringen (maximaal 24 uur vóór de tour of activiteit), om welke reden dan ook, worden niet geaccepteerd.
- Alle klanten worden vriendelijk verzocht uiterlijk om 15.00 uur op de dag ervoor hun gewenste ontmoetingspunt en locatie door te geven, in verband met het ophalen voor de geboekte tour of activiteit. Als ze dat niet doen, zal ons bedrijf al het mogelijk doen om ze op te sporen (telefoon, e-mail, etc), maar het is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele mislukking hiervan. Ontmoetingspunten kunnen overal op het eiland zijn en de informatie die we nodig hebben is of de naam van het hotel, of de naam van het cruiseschip waarmee ze aankomen. In het geval dat ze verblijven in een appartement, worden klanten verzocht om ons een Google-kaart te sturen, een nabijgelegen hotel of andere gegevens die ons kunnen helpen hen te lokaliseren. Elke vertraging door de klant (tot 15 minuten dat we op hem/haar wachten) heeft invloed op het transferschema en verstoort het soepele verloop van de tour/activiteit.
- Voor naamloze accommodaties bepaalt ons bedrijf de handigste locatie voor het ophalen.
- Voor accommodaties die zich bevinden in een voetgangersgebied bepaalt ons bedrijf het best mogelijke ophaalpunt.
- Ons bedrijf is er niet verantwoordelijk voor om te weten of de klant al dan niet een transfer moet boeken. Het transferschema wordt minder dan 24 uur voor de activiteit voorbereid, daarom kunnen we een dergelijke noodzaak niet voorspellen.
- Transferinclusies omvatten een bepaalde afstand, terwijl voor afgelegen gebieden Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia en andere afgelegen villa's een extra toeslag van toepassing is van € 10 per persoon (ter plaatse contant te betalen).
- Kinderen kunnen alleen deelnemen onder begeleiding van een volwassene.
- Bij late aankomsten, tour inhoud en activiteiten die gemist werden niet terugbetaald.
- Er wordt geen terugbetaling, compensatie, gedeeltelijke of volledige terugbetaling gegeven.
- Routebeschrijving: In geval van overmacht en/of redenen buiten onze controle en gebeurtenissen die zich voordoen na het vertrek van de tour, behouden wij ons het recht voor om de routing te wijzigen en de route te wijzigen.
- De totale duur is inclusief transfer van/naar hotel of haven.

Hard to understand the guide, slow paced and missed some of the best spots, we broke off and explored on our own and was better
Tourguide Anastasia was great!!! But that was the only thing. Almost no time for nothing. Just rushing and hurry up. Why not adapt the ferry schedule???

Please note that all organised shared tours to Delos run on a fixed ferry timetable, as ferry schedules between Mykonos and Delos are predetermined and shared by all visitors on the island that day. On the day of your visit there were several cruise ship arrivals to Mykonos, which resulted in big crowds on the archaeological site and made the schedule feel tighter than usual. However, the tour still followed the standard program of a guided tour followed by free time to explore independently. Highly recommend the day trip to Delos with lunch on the farm. The trip coordinator communicated well throughout the process, sent us instructions the day before, and contacted me in the morning to make sure we were in the correct place. Once at Delos, our guide was knowledgeable and went at a good pace for the group. We added lunch on the farm, a must! The shuttle driver picked us up from the port and drove us to the farm. The food was fantastic and the scenery was beautiful. We visited at the end of the season, so the Chef was able to come to our table and talk to us. It was truly a wonderful experience. Each person we encountered was kind, authentic and genuine.

A really fantastic and informative activity! Lots of history to learn about and beautiful vistas to take in all around you. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave us ample time to look around and appreciate each point of interest on the tour. He also took some group photos for us which was very kind! Delos is such a unique place, and the excavation work done there on the island has uncovered so much to see and marvel at; it is well worth the time and money to visit. So many sweet cats on the island too, which was a great little perk! We all had an amazing day there. The travel logistics were simple too, and the ferry ride was really enjoyable. Arranging the tour with Eleni was quick and easy, she was very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with even a passing interest in ancient history or cute kitties. 5 stars well deserved, thank you (:

This ended up being a large group tour so we bailed and walked the island on our own. If you like seeing these archaeological sites go on your own and explore on your own.
Thank you for your feedback! We would like to clarify that the tour that you have booked was an organised shared visit with a guide and a group size of up to 40 people, and not a private one. We always strive to provide the best experience, but please keep in mind that archaeological sites like this often attract many visitors, so they can be crowded at times. We hope that, despite this, you were still able to enjoy your time exploring Delos!
Not a good value. $600+cost of a 90 minute group tour. 50+ group participants and hearing through an ear piece that cuts out as you walk the site.

Marchlle ( not sure her name) , she’s very nice, knowledgeable & understanding. But Mathew, the boss, who came late & we were being rushed to get to the boat even there was an elderly in our group. He doesn’t even say good morning to everyone.

Visit the ancient temple of Apollo, where he was born. How people lived starting from 7th B.C, until Roman invasion. The temple of Iris, which is preserved. Huge archeological site and a must see

Delos is a great site & our guide was very knowledgeable. Museum was closed, without notice, but the guide sent us, which wasted our free exploring time. We added the local farm dinner option. It was okay,but there was no tour or talk about the farm or food. It was quite a way over there, so not worth the extra time & $$. Our drriver left wout telling us. We were worried, being dumped on other side of the island w o communication from tour co., but finally the farm staff got the tour company to send someone to get us.
