Leer pasta maken van de chef-koks van ons boerderijtafel Gourmet-restaurant. Leer de geheimen van de traditionele keuken kennen, doorgegeven door onze ouders en grootouders, met ingrediënten van onze boerderij en nabijgelegen boerderijen. Helemaal leuk om gerechten te leren maken die je thuis opnieuw kunt maken. Beleef een geweldige activiteit in een van de meest historische en pittoreske panden. Pienza: breng voor en na de les tijd door op ons prachtige terrein. Prachtig uitzicht op Val D'Orcia terwijl je de geheimen van de Italiaanse keuken leert. Ons boer-tot-tafelrestaurant zorgt ervoor dat al onze gerechten worden bereid met lokaal geproduceerde en seizoensgebonden verse ingrediënten. Onze chef-kok zal u begeleiden bij het creëren van typisch Toscaanse recepten, waaronder handgemaakte pasta, cantucci-koekjes en meer. De les is inclusief lunch van de aan tafel gemaakte voorbereidingen met apart verkochte drankjes, en een leuk souvenir om deze unieke ervaring te herinneren! *Exclusief wijn, maar wijn is te koop tijdens de les en tijdens de lunch.

We had such a wonderful time during our cooking class. The location is wonderful, the food was delicious and we had the chance to learn the secrets of pasta making. Definetely we recommend it!!

We had a group of 8 of us. Rody made sure to give each person individual attention. She made us feel confident enough to try new things. We had a variety of experience with cooking from people who had some experience making pasta to those who never cook. Rody made sure all were successful. This was the highlight of our trip. It was truly one of the best cooking classes I have ever attended. The lunch afterwards where we ate our food was the perfect ending. We were spoiled by the staff and enjoyed each and every moment. I have even been able to recreate the pasta once I got home!

We had a fantastic day at the historic property & restaurant. Rody helped us prepare tagliatelle, pici pasta & cantuccui then we had a lovely lunch eating our produce with wine & property olive oil. We lived walking around the property interacting with the sheep, chickens & Bella the sheep dog puppy. A very special day.
I live part-time in San Giovanni d'Asso and am familiar with the area (NY City the rest of the time). For the White Truffle Festival in our village, we had 11 people fly in from various parts of the U.S. and Europe. We rented e-Bikes from e-BikeTuscany.com in Pienza and Steffi delivered them to San Giovanni d'Asso. We biked to Podere Spedalone along the ridge line to Pienza (8 miles) and saw some of the best sites in all of Tuscany from one of the highest vantage points. We then spent the next 3 + hours having so much fun at the cooking class and lunch at Podere Spedalone. This was an amazing 3 hours with friends and the friendly staff at Podere Spedalone. Everyone in our group said it was an unforgettable experience and so much fun. Make sure you start with an aperitif of some sparkling wine before the cooking class!
