Deze originele Tour Guys wandeltocht heeft Graffiti Alley en graffiti cultuur geïntroduceerd bij duizenden mensen sinds we deze tour in 2011 begonnen te lopen. Tijdens deze wandeling leer je graffiti slang en terminologie, begrijp je de geschiedenis van graffiti en ontdek je dat er meer is dan alleen schrijven op de muur. Dit is een van onze meest populaire openbare tours, en het is te zien geweest in reispublicaties, en op reis-tv-shows met wat cool is in Toronto. Fooien worden gewaardeerd door de Gids!

Dit is onze ontmoetingsplek! MEC (Mountain Equipment Company) is een grote, bekende winkel van twee verdiepingen in de omgeving en zou gemakkelijk te vinden moeten zijn. Ontmoet je gids naast de winkel bij de fietsenrekken.
Het grootste deel van de tour is gecentreerd rond Queen Street West en de steegjes aan beide kanten!
Leer meer over de geschiedenis van graffiti en de belangrijkste soorten die over de hele wereld voorkomen. Tijdens een wandeling en het bekijken van de graffiti bespreekt uw gids de vele kanten van het graffitiprobleem en de standpunten van eigenaren van onroerend goed, de politie, de stad Toronto, het grote publiek en de graffitikunstenaars zelf. Deze rondleiding moedigt debat en discussie aan - het is meer dan alleen kijken naar geschilderde muren. Zelfs "haters" zullen het erover eens zijn dat veel van de kunst op deze tour ongelooflijk is! Je hoort ook over enkele van de meer opmerkelijke graffitischrijvers in Toronto en enkele straatartiesten die zich mengen met de graffitipuristen, soms strijdend om dezelfde ruimte.

We had an amazing experience touring Graffiti Alley in Toronto. Our guide [i forgot her name :(] was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and a clear graffiti enthusiast which made the tour all the more fun. Not only did my family learn more about the Alley, but the history of graffiti and the city.

We had a group tour with Jennifer from 'Tour Guys' as part of a group trip to Toronto and highly recommend it! The meet-up point was easy to find, and only a short walk from Graffiti Alley. Jennifer knew about the different artists, their styles and subject matter, and gave a really engaging and entertaining walk through the alley. We even saw one of the artists at work! Took about 1.5hrs in the alley, with the time flying by as we learnt so much about the history of graffiti, the city and the artists themselves. As a group we agreed this was a real highlight of our Toronto trip!

Best tour with knoweldgeable guide. I guess her name was Jackie. Learned a lot about graffiti and murals. Really enjoyed. Everything was good except for some garbages and p***. You should be careful not to step on it

Jaqueline was wonderful guide! Funny, sharp, knowledgeable and considerate. So much interesting info about graffiti, Toronto's graffiti artists and their history. Even though I live in the area and thought I 'know it all' I learned so much! We had a thoroughly wonderful 1.5 hour start to our day with our out of town relatives.
