Rondleiding door het prachtige zestiende-eeuwse oorlogsschip, de Vasa, is intact en de gids vertelt je het tragische verhaal van het meest indrukwekkende en dodelijke oorlogsgaloen uit die tijd. - De complete lunch is inbegrepen in het kwaliteitsrestaurant van het museum, dat beschikbaar is op Zweedse, Europese, vegetarische en kindermenu's (exclusief alcoholische dranken die apart moeten worden betaald)
Rondleiding in het Drottningholm-paleis, UNESCO-erfgoed, officiële residentie van de koninklijke familie van Zweden (reistijd 20 minuten) -Het unieke theater uit de 17e eeuw (buitenkant) Lunch inbegrepen (alcohol is niet inbegrepen, maar kan apart worden gekocht) Vegetarisch & kindermenu beschikbaar
De barokke tuin, een prachtig park uit de 17e eeuw dat op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO staat, gebaseerd op symmetrie en het principe van het opleggen van orde aan de natuur, een must see en een echte traktatie in het hele seizoen.
Het Riddereiland! Belangrijkste bezienswaardigheid is de abdij Riddarholmskyrkan, het mausoleum van de koninklijke begrafenis van Zweden (alleen de buitenkant), een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht over de baai Riddarfjärden, een standbeeld van Birger Jarl, de stichter van Stockholm, staat op een pilaar en er zijn veel verborgen pareltjes om te ontdekken
Rondleiding door het Koninklijk kasteel de Drie Kronen, het grootste en best bewaarde kasteel van Europa, de officiële residentie van Zijne Majesteit de Koning en tevens het decor voor de meeste officiële recepties van de monarchie. Deze combinatie van koninklijke residentie, werkplaats en cultuurhistorisch monument is het hele jaar geopend voor bezoekers maakt het Koninklijk Paleis van Stockholm uniek onder de koninklijke residenties van Europa.
Geleid bezoek aan het Grote Plein in de oude stad, de belangrijkste plek waar grote evenementen plaatsvonden in de geschiedenis, opstanden, moord, misdaad, massaslachtingen en nog veel meer. Mogelijkheid tot een koffiepauze om te genieten van een typisch Zweedse Fika (niet inbegrepen), de heerlijke gewoonte om te genieten van een kopje koffie en een traktatie met vrienden, "Let's do fika", is een van de meest opbeurende berichten die je van een Zweed kunt ontvangen. En het sociale aspect is net zo belangrijk als de heerlijke combinatie van dampende koffie en suikerachtig gebak - Zweedse kaneelbroodjes zijn misschien wel de meest populaire fika-bijgerecht.
Rondleiding door de middeleeuwse oude stad (te voet) bekend als de oude stad "Gamla Stan", inclusief alle monumenten en meest interessante punten zoals de kathedraal van Stockholm (buitenkant), terwijl je gids de fascinerende geschiedenis van Stockholm illustreert, daar zal ook de mogelijkheid zijn om kwaliteitssouvenirs te kopen.

Pick-up is beschikbaar bij geselecteerde hotels en op verzoek (alleen Stockholm binnenstad *), zullen we ons best doen om aan uw verzoeken te voldoen, maar het standaard ontmoetingspunt is zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken, hetzij te voet of met het openbaar vervoer (Stockholm's Centraal Station hoofdingang als ref. Nils Ericson standbeeld) verdere hulp / details zal worden verzonden naar u voorafgaand Tour start en ook pinpoint Google Maps link. - Pick / drop-off service wordt NIET aangeboden vanaf Nynäshamn Cruise terminal (vanwege de afstand 68Km / 42Miles enkele reis vandaar dat de Tour niet kan worden uitgevoerd) - Luchthavens (inbegrepen Hotels binnen Luchthavens gebied) pick-up / dropoff is ook NIET beschikbaar - Pick-up / drop-off in voetgangersgebieden (zoals de oude stad) een locatie in de directe omgeving zal worden toegewezen als pick-up punt binnen een 3 tot 7 minuten lopen van het centrum van de oude stad beschrijving en de tijd zal worden doorgestuurd. Excellent tour. Hans, our guide, is a very nice guy. English excellent, very knowledgeable, and good sense of humor. We saw the various palaces, drove and walked all over city. All admissions and lunch were part of the trip. Hans even spent an additional hour on the tour and picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel which was out of city center. Highly recommend!

8 of us, ages between 11-75, all really enjoyed this tour. The Viking ship was our favorite! Marco was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and set a very high standard for the rest of our tours.

We were only 90 minutes into the day and saying to each other that this was totally worth the cost. Marco was a natural host to his home city, well studied, warm and friendly, and someone we'd enjoy being friends with outside of the tour. Vasa Museum stop was planned right at opening, which was perfect--by the time we left, lines stretched to the parking lot and beyond. They have clearly arranged the tour perfectly for timing of each location, and we actually retraced some steps on the route because he knew the best time to arrive at each stop.

What an amazing day we had with Victoria and David! By the end of the tour it was like saying goodbye to old friends. We had been to Stockholm before but seeing the city with them was a whole new experience. We highly recommend this tour!

Stockholm may be the most beautiful sail in/out in the world. Hans did an awesome job showing us the palaces, old town, and Vasa. He is very knowledgeable and passionate. Be advised that they will fill this trip up to 6 people.

Even our Swedish friends who have an apartment in Stockholm thought this itinerary hit the highlights that needed to be seen. Our guide, Hans, kept us in the loop when our pickup was delayed and he was a font of knowledge for the sites, as well as Sweden and Stockholm more generally. Excellent knowledgeable guide, David delivered exceptional service, good historical and current information and paced the tour well to not feel rushed and really experience the places. The authentic lunch in a quiet lakeside cottage was wonderful, huge servings and the old town tour both tourist spots and out of the way treasures including Viking runes was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended and hotel pickup and recommendations for food and drink spots and further sightseeing was valuable. Great introductory tour with added insights and superior orientation for first time visitors.
