Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven: Nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, gaat u naar de uitgangspoort waar u wordt opgewacht door onze vertegenwoordiger/chauffeur, die een bord vasthoudt met de naam van de hoofdpassagier. Ophaalservice buiten de luchthaven: wij halen u op bij uw hotellobby voor vertrek naar de luchthaven. Bel/stuur een bericht naar de hotline als u uw chauffeur niet kunt vinden (WhatsApp).

- De duur van de transfers is bij benadering, de exacte duur is afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de dag en de verkeersomstandigheden.
- Elke reiziger mag maximaal 1 koffer en 1 handbagage meenemen. Voor te grote of buitensporige bagage (bijv. surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kunnen bepaalde beperkingen gelden. Informeer voor vertrek bij de aanbieder om te bevestigen of uw extra bagage acceptabel is.
- Transfer bij aankomst: nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, gaat u naar de uitgangspoort waar u wordt opgewacht door onze vertegenwoordiger die een bord vasthoudt met de naam van de hoofdpassagier. Wachttijd: maximaal 90 minuten na aankomst van uw vlucht.
- Vertrektransfer: we halen u op bij uw hotellobby voor het vertrek naar de luchthaven. Wachttijd: maximaal 30 min.
- Er wordt 100.000 VND/uur in rekening gebracht als uw chauffeur langer dan de toegestane wachttijd moet wachten.

ZERO stars. This was terrifying. We we're picked up in a too small, smelly car, with a smelly driver after being very clear we were four tall people who would not fit three across a back seat. Oh well, its only three hours. That was until an hour in when our driver is doing head bobs and falling asleep at the wheel. If I hadn't been riding in front seat to clap my hands in front of of face he would have driven off the road. My family was knowingly placed in GREAT DANGER by an irresponsible company trying to make a few bucks. I am outraged. Texts to the company after our ride went unreturned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Best way to get to our hotel from the airport. Our flight was 3 hours late and we had no way to contact them and they were still waiting for us when we finally arrived. Def recommend this service.

We had a top ride from Our hotel in nah Trang To our hotel in dalat tans back. the drivers were always on time and very friendly. The cars were top and we could book over 12go Asia and pay online too. We also had good contact via WhatsApp about the car license plate arrival times, etc..
