Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven: Nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, gaat u naar de uitgangspoort waar u wordt opgewacht door onze vertegenwoordiger/chauffeur, die een bord vasthoudt met de naam van de hoofdpassagier. Ophaalservice buiten de luchthaven: wij halen u op bij uw hotellobby voor vertrek naar de luchthaven. Bel/stuur een bericht naar de hotline als u uw chauffeur niet kunt vinden (WhatsApp).

- De duur van de transfers is bij benadering, de exacte duur is afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de dag en de verkeersomstandigheden.
- Elke reiziger mag maximaal 1 koffer en 1 handbagage meenemen. Voor te grote of buitensporige bagage (bijv. surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kunnen bepaalde beperkingen gelden. Informeer voor vertrek bij de aanbieder om te bevestigen of uw extra bagage acceptabel is.
- Transfer bij aankomst: nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, gaat u naar de uitgangspoort waar u wordt opgewacht door onze vertegenwoordiger die een bord vasthoudt met de naam van de hoofdpassagier. Wachttijd: maximaal 90 minuten na aankomst van uw vlucht.
- Vertrektransfer: we halen u op bij uw hotellobby voor het vertrek naar de luchthaven. Wachttijd: maximaal 30 min.
- Er wordt 100.000 VND/uur in rekening gebracht als uw chauffeur langer dan de toegestane wachttijd moet wachten.

Efficient private car trip from Hanoi airport to Sapa - our driver Mr Tùng did not speak much English, but was a safe driver, skilfully negotiating pot holes and keeping the journey smooth. We had 2 toilet/coffee stops along the way. Much quicker journey than the overnight train!
We had a very good driver who picked us up on time from the hotel and drove safely to Hanoi airport.
I booked their Cab from Hanoi airport to Sapa and Sapa to Hanoi, Everything went smooth. Mr. Bac (picked us from Airport) was on time and even dropped a message a day before on WhatsApp, His driving was perfect and drove us safely without any rush. Kept the car AC on for rest room stop as my kids were sleeping due to late night flight. While travelling from Sapa to Hanoi, there was a change in my original plan and I was intending to leave earlier, Owner of travel agency immideatly accomodated my request (with in 2 mins) Thanks Ouros for making my family travel safe and secure.
Excellent service. We took a car from Hanoi to Sapa. Our driver was right on time to pick us up. He drove well and helped us get to our destination, which was not easy as it was way up in the hills on paths that were barely wide enough for one car. Thank you.

Terrible vehicles, drivers don’t speak any English at all. Uncomfortable 5 hour experience, no WiFi, only 1 stop which is also horrible

Regarding communication, most Vietnamese drivers are friendly, helpful, and experienced, though many are not fluent in English. In practice, drivers often use Google Translate to communicate with international tourists, and for any important or urgent matters, our 24/7 hotline is available to support customers directly. Instructions on meeting was given clearly prior to arrival at the Airport. Driver was there waiting patiently after we cleared immigration. Immigration situation was quite chaotic and it took us more than an hour to clear immigration. Generally a pleasant experience first time transfer to Sapa from Hanoi Airport.

It will get you from A-B, but if you are not comfortable being the passenger of an aggressive driver, do not choose this service.

Transfer from sapa to hanoi, pretty good, it would be better if the driver is able to speak basic english
