Ophaallocaties en -tijden

Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven: Nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, gaat u naar de uitgangspoort waar u wordt opgewacht door onze vertegenwoordiger/chauffeur, die een bord vasthoudt met de naam van de hoofdpassagier. Ophaalservice buiten de luchthaven: wij halen u op bij uw hotellobby voor vertrek naar de luchthaven. Bel/stuur een bericht naar de hotline als u uw chauffeur niet kunt vinden (WhatsApp).

  • De duur van de transfers is bij benadering, de exacte duur is afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de dag en de verkeersomstandigheden.
  • Elke reiziger mag maximaal 1 koffer en 1 handbagage meenemen. Voor te grote of buitensporige bagage (bijv. surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kunnen bepaalde beperkingen gelden. Informeer voor vertrek bij de aanbieder om te bevestigen of uw extra bagage acceptabel is.
  • Transfer bij aankomst: nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, gaat u naar de uitgangspoort waar u wordt opgewacht door onze vertegenwoordiger die een bord vasthoudt met de naam van de hoofdpassagier. Wachttijd: maximaal 90 minuten na aankomst van uw vlucht.
  • Vertrektransfer: we halen u op bij uw hotellobby voor het vertrek naar de luchthaven. Wachttijd: maximaal 30 min.
  • Er wordt 100.000 VND/uur in rekening gebracht als uw chauffeur langer dan de toegestane wachttijd moet wachten.

Terrible drive. Worse driver. Driver on facebook the entire drive.

Terrible drive. Worse driver. Scrolled Facebook the entire time. Never really went over 30mph (50-60kmh). Somehow turned a 5.5 hour drive into 8 hours. It would be faster and safer to walk across the country.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your recent rides 19 Dec 2024 from Phong Nha to Da Nang with a stop at Hue citadel, pick up at 07:00 and drop off at 17:00 => duration: 10 hours We are sorry to hear that the driver used his phone during this trip. This is his fault. You can check google maps, the total travel time is 8 hours 7 minutes (pick up & drop off only) + 2 hours for lunch and city tour in Hue, the total journey of 10 hours by car is completely suitable. Average driving speed of 50 - 60km/h in Vietnam is very normal. The assumption of a 5.5 hour trip is unfounded. If the driver made you feel unsafe, you should have reported to the hotline support immediately to remind the driver instead of enduring the entire 10-hour journey (because we still kept in touch throughout your trip). We don't think your endurance was that great. At the end of the journey, you still happily paid the rest of the payment of  500,000 VND to the driver. We only received a complaint after the end of the journey and were very surprised by this. It's a shame like that having used up all the dinner but then whining and demanding a refund for some reason. It's disappointing when you say all companies in Vietnam are scams. This is so negative. Good and reliable service

The service was professional

Mr Tranh was very helpful and accommodated 2 extra passengers that were also going to the same destination as me, from the hostel I was staying in. There was a further confirmation of the booking the day before and Mr Tranh had already arrived at the pick up location 5 minutes prior to the booking time. Would recommend!

Three transfers - three excellent rides

We booked Hotel Hoi An to Danang Airport; this driver was 15 inutes too late because he was at the wrong hotel. Ouros corrected it. Second transfer was from our hotel in Cam Ranh to our hotel in Mui Ne. That would be a 4 hour ride but this driver managed to do it in 2,5. Last one was from hotel in Mui Ne to SGN airport which went well. I reconfirmed all transfers and always got back car brand, license plate and name. Would recommend using them.

Worst travel experience of my life!!

Worst transport company I have travelled with. The driver Hai was extremely dangerous and he put my families life in danger countless times. He was rude and kept burping out loud. When I told the company they then blocked me on all messaging platforms and told me to leave Vietnam… shocking!! Do not travel with this company!!!

Bad experience to worst

The driver for the review below called to scold us about leaving a bad review “without the full story”. Fact 1: He hit the dog and left the scene. This is a hit and run. Fact 2: My sister was crying in the back seat and he saw by the rearview mirror but did not acknowledge the accident. Fact 3: He did not offer to clear up or confirm the status of the dog leading up to the review. Only after the review was left did he decide to call us and “clear things up” where he proceeded to berate us for not “finding the full story before leaving a review”. Fact 4: A different driver picked us up for the return journey. I don’t know if this is unrelated but it seemed convenient that the first driver did not pick us up after what happened. I do not wish to discuss this further. There is a better way to communicate “the full story” that doesn’t involve berating your customers over the phone. Poorly handled, terrible experience.

Hit and run dog

The driver hit a dog on the way there and didn’t stop. I will be haunted forever. Driver home got lost and switched lanes into oncoming traffic to pass another car.

Dog: There was a dog crossing the street and suddenly stopped, causing its leg to collide with the car. On the way back to Da Nang, the driver stopped to check and reported that the dog was still normal and there was nothing wrong. 2. Da Nang - Hoi An is a speed controlled street so vehicles are not allowed to drive fast. There is a construction project on the street so all vehicles must use the adjacent lane, which is legal at that time. 3. There are 2 hotels with the same name "Dolphin Hotel", which are located 2.5 km apart. When driving to the wrong hotel, we realized the mistake immediately and dropped you off at the correct hotel without having to walk.
