- Er zijn verschillende Sushizanmai locaties in Tsukiji. Zorg ervoor dat je naar het Sushizanmai Bekkan gebouw gaat. Deze tour is onafhankelijk en niet verbonden aan het restaurant. Vraag restaurantpersoneel niet naar deze tour.
- Dit is een hands-on les waar gasten eten wat ze bereiden. Om redenen van voedselveiligheid moeten sushi en bento ter plaatse worden geconsumeerd en kunnen niet worden meegenomen.
- Gelieve ons vooraf te informeren over eventuele allergieën of dieetwensen (zoals vegetarisch). We zullen ons best doen om tegemoet te komen, maar verzoeken op dezelfde dag zijn mogelijk niet mogelijk.
- Kosher verzoeken kunnen helaas niet worden ingewilligd.
- Aangezien er tijdens de les met rauwe vis wordt omgegaan, wordt u verzocht niet mee te doen als u zich onwel voelt.
- Extra eten en drinken, ophalen/afzetten bij het hotel en vervoer van/naar het verzamelpunt zijn niet inbegrepen.
- Sommige Tsukiji-marktwinkels accepteren alleen contant geld. Als u tijdens de tour wilt winkelen, raden we u aan om klein geld of munten mee te nemen.
- Draag comfortabele kleding en wandelschoenen, want deze ervaring omvat wandelen door het marktgebied.
- Grote koffers of oversized bagage worden niet aanbevolen. Gelieve licht te reizen indien mogelijk.

I came back again to Japan and yes, Tsukiji! I joined this beautiful bento sushi making class with my friend this time! They created a new combination of Tsukiji short tour and the sushi making! It was so priceless to see around the market with a sweet guide and some hidden gems. Was worth coming! All of the staff were so nice as well!
I highly recommend this place! It was such an amazing and memorable experience. I especially loved being able to make sushi by myself—it made the experience even more special and enjoyable. The explanation was very clear and easy to understand, and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the experience. I had such a great time and learned a lot about sushi as well. Amazing experience, the tour guide is needed in order to really appreciate and understand the history and culture behind the famous market. The sushi class was also very helpful and fun to do and I would definitely recommend.

Akiko and Masa were tremendous hosts! The walking tour was soo involved and educational and so interesting to learn about! There are so many amazing places to see here between food and trinkets, it was great to be shown around. The sushi making class was wonderful as well! Such fresh ingredients, learning the exact ways of how to do and create a bento box was so fun and useful. I would highly recommend this tour, 5 stars for sure!

I joined this tour with my friend, and we had a wonderful time! It was fascinating to see the behind the scenes of the Tsukiji shops, which you normally wouldn't get to experience. I very much enjoyed my personal tour of the market with AJ. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. She took me to places that normal tourists would not see. She was also my instructor for the sushi making class. I do not know my way around a kitchen, but she made the experience easy and I have a new skill to show off to my family.
