Very disappointing, no one showed up at the meeting point. Also I am not sure why the meeting point was at the one of the busiest places in the city. no one got in contact with me before the event, I tried to reach out to the support number with no luck. I would like a full refund.
Ryo was a great guide. Took us to authentic local places we never would have found on our own. He was also very helpful and accommodating for a member of our party with food allergies,
Unfortunately we were unable to experience the tour because the guide literally canceled at the time of the tour as we were standing at the meeting spot! There should have been a backup guide. So disappointing!
Sadly, the guide no-showed on us with no advance notice so we stood there waiting at the meeting spot for over 15 minutes. The tour company handled the refund smoothly and apologized, but we were excited for the food tour and got nothing so it was very disappointing, to say the least.
Rio was the best! We loved our tour and he was very kind and knowledgeable and we loved the food selections!

Really enjoyed the trip! Was very confused on how to find meeting place as there was no Victor sign or anything. Instructions could be more clear with photos.
Sophia was knowledgeable about the food, culture, and language. She ordered for us, respected our wishes and was easy to talk to! The food was of course delicious and we overall loved our experience! So fun to be out and see the places the locals go to hangout, eat, and drink! We went to three locations. We were able to order two drinks at two of the locations. Plenty of food!! — and a good variety!
Our guide, Sophia, was very warm and friendly. She answered so many of our questions about Japan. It was a fun and easy way to learn about Japanese restaurant culture!
We had a great time with Kazu. The other booking had cancelled so we had a private food tour. Lucky us! Kazu showed my mother and myself some new foods we had never tried and showed us some locals only areas. We really enjoyed the rooftop recreation area. We happened upon the Saturday of Halloween for our tour and really enjoyed the people watching. Kazu taught us about Japanese culture and gave us insight into manners, how to eat specifics foods and answered all our questions. This tour is best for people unfamiliar with Japanese food and who want a taste of local flavors.
