Me and my friend had a blast with our guide Mami! She was super helpful and knowledgeable and we had heaps of fun. Her English was perfect which helped a lot as well! She was also the guide for Tracey McGrady, she’ll be able to share some stories and pictures if you’re interested! Would totally recommend if you’re looking for a diverse, fun, and informative Tokyo experience with a fluent English speaker!!

Wonderful day with Sumire! Our lovely guide was promptly waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel, and she tailored the tour to our family requests. She spoke English perfectly and taught us so much during our 4 hour tour.

Taka was a great tour guide. Very friendly and has a great knowledge and enthusiasm for his city. We did this tour on our first full day and it was a great way to get our bearings and Taka helped us get our Suica cards showed us how to use the subway system. He contacted us before the tour to find out our interests so that he could personalize it. As well as it being an extremely interesting day he gave us lots of tips and recommendations. There were also some great surprises - but I don't want to spoil it for future tourists! He also has a great knowledge of Kabuki as he comes from a family that have performed for many years, very interesting as it is something we didn't know much about You definitely can't go wrong booking with Taka, especially at the beginning of your trip as he knows the best places to visit and will customize it to your needs

We had an amazing time with Taka during our private tour in Tokyo! Traveling with 3 kids under 10 can sometimes be challenging, but Taka made the entire experience fun, stress-free, and memorable for everyone. He did an incredible job showing us local cultural sites and taking us to great shopping areas while sharing insights and stories that made us appreciate Tokyo even more. What really stood out was how mindful he was of our children — he always made sure they were safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the day. Taka has a personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Hanging out with him felt more like spending time with an old friend than being on a guided tour. He’s easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. It has been a great experience. Fede has been super friendly from the beginning, contacting us weeks before our arrival and suggesting different routes and options. He completely adapted to what we needed and was at our disposal the entire time: before, during, and even after the visit. A ten is not enough. It was exactly what we were looking for, and everything was simply PERFECT.

Well worth doing and a great way to learn how to navigate with public transport as well as some of the historical significance of various landmarks.
