Asakusa Sumo Club Annex werd opgericht op 20 februari 2025 als een high-class filiaal van de zeer populaire Asakusa Sumo Club. Alle zitplaatsen zijn banken, en het restaurant biedt eten en drinken in een sfeer die doet denken aan een eersteklas Japanse ryotei restaurant. De maaltijd zal bestaan uit een originele Chanko (kip hot pot) onder toezicht van sumoworstelaars, en sukiyaki en tempura gemaakt met Japanse Wagyu rundvlees. (*Economy Class : Geen tempura) (Vegetarische maaltijden zijn ook beschikbaar.) De dranken zullen bestaan uit all-you-can-drink Japanse whisky, tapbier etc..., en frisdranken. (*Economy Class : De drankjes zijn inclusief 1 drankje inclusief, NIET all-you-can-drink) In de Asakusa Sumo Club Annex nemen we je mee op een diepe rit door de geschiedenis en hoe sumo zich door de millennia heen heeft ontwikkeld.

My son and I greatly enjoyed this event! We did the VIP package and had a blast! Very entertaining!
Fun evening with all you can eat food. Entertaining and good natured, an easy way to get exposure to sumo in a staged demonstration setting. People were entertaining and engaging to watch. Included a dance by geisha.

Action zone is a complete miss sell. Not what they advertise it is at all. Disappointment.

This was so much fun, go for the deluxe experience (better seats, food and free drinks) The event is so well staged, The Sumo guys know how to play their part and it is fascinating. One of the best things we did in Japan.

Took my wife and I here and what am experience! Not just watching a match, learning so much about sumo also. The food and drinks were top notch and the service was impeccable. They have had crowd inclusion from anyone who wanted to join. I'd go back, an absolutely fantastic establishment in Tokyo.

Super fun and entertaining! The sumo wrestlers were engaging, hilarious, and powerful. It was fun seeing them do battle, I mean demonstrate a match. The Geisha was a nice surprise for me and she was lovely. The MC really made the show and it was fun to bang on the table to show support. Food and drink were good.
