Dompel jezelf onder in de rijke traditie van Japanse kalligrafie tijdens een workshop in Asakusa, een van de historische wijken van Tokio. Gedurende 1–1,5 uur begeleidt een ervaren instructeur u door essentiële technieken, van penseelbeheersing tot slagvolgorde. Experimenteer met traditionele penselen en een moderne fudepen, waardoor zowel klassieke als hedendaagse expressie mogelijk is. Deze hands-on ervaring is perfect voor alle niveaus en biedt een unieke kans om een persoonlijk kunstwerk te maken om te koesteren van uw reizen in Japan.

Very good experience, flawless welcome
We had such a fantastic time! It was very hands on and informative experience. Kiyo’s guidance and expertise helped each of us to write a beautiful and meaningful calligraphy that we will cherish for years to come.
This was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this educational activity! Kiyo was our fabulous instructor. She gave us great historical information and patient support in learning the brushstrokes. She made everyone feel like a rockstar!
Mei is a great teacher and the class was amazing. She is ooo her time explaining the history behind the art of calligraphy and helped us practice before the final copy. 10/10 would recommend!

very fun & educational!! Mei was really nice and helpful throughout the whole experience. i really enjoyed her lesson on where calligraphy came from & the difference in writing styles. 10/10 but be warned if you have 2+ people in the elevator, it closes very fast!
Nice venue- comfortable seat, plenty of materials for practice and instructions were explained well. Mei is very informative and very patience during the clas. It lasted for 1.5 hrs and we got to take home our own personalized art work. Good for family activity to spend time for quiet moments. I would recommend for travelers- something meaningful to do as family
Mei was an excellent instructor who was very good at explaining the strokes and techniques. My children are interested in studying calligraphy in the future and this was a perfect introduction to the art.
We booked this same day after our tea ceremony at the same place. Mei was great and spent one on one time with each of us to guide us in the art of calligraphy. We spent some time learning, then the rest of the time practicing and crafting the final product.
