VIATOR was very good on providing info when we were concerned about receiving actual tickets. The vouchers are not for entering. Disney Seas is fun place BUT disappointing in length of a ride, far different than Disney World/Orlando, Florida USA. Wait 2 hrs in line to ride 38 seconds. I actually should get a 2 day pass to experience completely. Also for anyone needing a rental scooter-they don’t have enough. Was there at 9:00, claimed all were rented. Had to take a wheelchair instead.
We had an awesome time today!!!! I came to Japan on a girls trip and we decided to do a Disney Sea day! Well organized and structured park! Disney characters were very engaged ,and food was healthy and tasty! Disney Night show was amazing as well!

The Disney park was wonderful, however exchanging the subway voucher was a nightmare. Finally got someone to point out where the station office is and they eventually figured it out. Also, if your Google map directions include taking the JR line to the Disney Resort Station the subway pass is not accepted. The JR line is operated by Japan Rail, and you will have to pay extra.

I booked this as a solo traveler and honestly it made my day in Tokyo so much easier. The Tokyo DisneySea ticket worked smoothly — I received the actual QR code in advance and had no issues entering the park. DisneySea itself was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of my trip. What I really appreciated was the subway pass included in the package. As someone traveling alone, navigating Tokyo can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but having unlimited rides for 24 hours made everything stress-free. I didn’t have to worry about buying separate tickets or figuring out fares. The instructions were clear, and everything was delivered as promised. I liked that I could just focus on enjoying the park instead of planning logistics. The worst tourist trap in all of Japan. A real robbery, one day thrown away. Queues of up to five hours for lower level attractions than a village fair. It is not managed by Disney, but is outsourced to a Japanese company and is craven. Exciting if you're under 10. If your children are more than 10 they will want to kill you

just got back from disneysea yesterday and wow, what an experiance. honestly didnt expect it to be this different from regular disneyland but its like a whole other level.

The tickets were not arranged by the due date and I emailed many times, but I didn't get a reply and quickly got them from another website. I won't use it again.
