Voor bestemmingen buiten deze afdelingen, gelieve de ophaallocatie te bevestigen met onze klantenservice. Er kunnen extra kosten van toepassing zijn. Voor een enkele reis bieden wij alleen vervoer van Tokyo 23 afdelingen naar Disneyland. Voor retourtransfers halen we op bij Tokyo 23 afdelingen. Kies alstublieft uw gewenste ophaaltijd, met een vaste terugkomsttijd om 20.00 uur. Als u de terugkomsttijd wilt aanpassen, neem dan minstens 24 uur van tevoren contact met ons op; anders kunnen we uw reis niet herschikken. Bedankt voor uw begrip.

Disney was lovely however this provider (Viator) is terrible. First activity didn’t provide information on requirements of international driving permit for go carts in Tokyo so we didn’t get to do it. Second was our Disney with transfers booking which they took the payment but didn’t do the booking so currently still waiting for refunds for both activities. Don’t waste your time on this SP. definitely not worth the stress.

We did this on our own and was very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and the food. A little smaller that the other Disneyland that I have been at but was well worth the trip.
It was nice for our family of 5 to have a private ride from Tokyo Hilton to Disneyland and back. Very courteous and punctual driver.
Comfortable and on-time ride. Convenient to have tickets in advance so we didnt need to wait in the lines
First it was raining and they picked us up two hours before the park opened up. Then we made arrangements to be picked at after the fireworks and they changed the time. The good the was it wasn't that many people in the park and the drive waited for us to see the fireworks. The driver was great.
It was great to have door to door transportation from our hotel to Tokyo Disney. We spent 11 hours at the park.
We didnt know voucher had been sent no communication to tell uscwhere to look Driver very impersonal he sat in car expecting us to find him playing on his phone that cost us 10 mins waiting then we didnt know about ticjets that cost us 30 mins where he dropped us off was a very ling walk

We apologize for the driver's behavior and will strictly regulate the service quality of the driver in the future. As private vehicles are prohibited from entering and exiting the theme park, the driver can only take you to the park entrance and you need to scan code to enter the park yourself. This had explained on the order page. we are sorry for experience was not as expected.
The travel arrangements to and from Disney were excellent. Our driver was very communicative and punctual, and a calm comfortable driver. Disney itself was smaller than we expected but exceptionally clean and great customer service. Some rides have of course got long queues but others do not. I felt some of the rides are quite similar.
it was a great experience and I think everyone should get a chance to go to Disneyland no matter what country you live in.
It was so fun the way they’re crowded but another than that amazing.if I could I would go again. I don’t thing anywhere can compare. Everyone should go.
